Accusing us of “letting kids run the halls unattended.” When I went down to the front desk to ask why my room was targeted the front desk lady was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I would recommend staying at a different hotel. The pool water was murky and gross. The room was out of shampoo and the dishwasher was full of dishes..not sure if it’s my job to unload someone else’s dishes but it should not be.
