- KYKristi Yeakey2 days ago1.0This is the WORST place I’ve ever stayed at.. I’ve been here since September (not by choice)!!! I have been patient and understanding but I’m loosing both of them and fast! The pool is NOT heated, out of 3 washers only 1 works so good luck 👍🏼, if you want hot water in the shower even better trying that one. The water today in my shower has been running for 3 hours and still running because it’s COLD!!! Everytime I ask a question about it, no one knows anything?!!! The first room we were put in had black mold so after 5 months they finally moved us to another one just to have absolutely NO HOT WATER!! The staff is absolutely amazing Jazzy, Mac, the cleaning crew but the so called GM Denakar Deoraj…. She refuses to talk to any guests answer any questions… And I have also watched her and heard her with my own eyes and ears yell at people coming to check in because she’s given their rooms away, overbooked the rooms or flat out fuses To let them check in to a different room, other than what they’ve already paid for… Anybody who’s allowed to be a general manager of a hotel like this to treat people the way she treats them Ignore the guest and refuse to help. Shouldn’t have a job this hotel was a really good hotel up until about a year ago now it’s just going downhill and nobody seems to give a shit about it even if they’re making thousands and thousands of dollars of people who have to be here for months at a time. Don’t waste your money here!!!!
