If you are looking for a seamless vacation, this is the place to book. The Highlights: Exceptional Communication: From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. It’s clear they care about their guests' experience, making the entire process stress-free. Immaculate Condition: One of the first things we noticed was how clean the house was. It felt fresh and well-maintained, which immediately allowed us to settle in and feel at home. What You See Is What You Get: Sometimes online photos can be misleading, but this home was represented accurately on the website. All the amenities and views promised were exactly as described—if not better in person! Comfort & Space: The layout was incredibly comfortable for our family. Even with our group size, we never felt cramped. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together or find a quiet corner to relax. Vibe & Location: The "retreat-like" vibe is real. The location is stunning, offering a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel worlds away from the daily grind. It truly felt like a private sanctuary on the water. We couldn't have asked for a better backdrop for our family memories. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality rental on Norris Lake!

  Such an awesome family getaway! ​We stayed here in August, and honestly, we’re still missing those lake views! If you’re eyeing this place for a Norris Lake trip, just go ahead and book it. ​The hosts were super easy to deal with and always got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was how spotless the house was—it’s clearly very well-taken care of. It’s also exactly like the photos online, so no "expectations vs. reality" letdowns here! ​The layout was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room to hang out together without feeling like we were on top of each other. But the best part has to be the vibe—it’s so peaceful and felt like a total retreat from the real world. ​Thanks for a great stay! We’d definitely come back in a heartbeat.

  Had a great experience with a house from Norris Lake Villas. Communication with the property manager was timely, helpful and friendly. The house itself was very clean and in great shape. Needed a few things like you do with a week long stay and the maintenance team were quick to respond and helpful. The house itself was in a great spot with a beautiful setting. Lots of view and immediate access to the lake. The location was behind the no wake zone of a marina where the kids could safely swim off the spacious dock. The lake is amazing! Warm water, clear and calm for the most part. The house had plenty of room for our party, we had three families that included children of various ages. The house looked exactly as shown on the website with no surprises. Furniture was in good shape and kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans etc. there was even ample parking at the house for all four of our cars. Was a great experience overall and would highly recommend renting from Norris Lake Villas! Thanks again for a great trip for our family!

  This was my first time renting at Norris Lake in June 2025. I was nervous because I didn't know the area and the owners were very good at communicating with me whenever I had a question.It was a girls weekend, there were 8 of us and the place was very clean and we really had a great time. I would use Norris Lake Villas again!!

  I stayed at villas at Norris Lake and I had the most amazing time. It was so wonderful. Everyone was nice. It was so spacious. Three generations of our family were able to sleep comfortably in the house and have a bed. The house is immaculate with all new appliances, they even left a little gift bags anyone who wants to get away have a great time on the water and enjoy quiet evenings please give this place a try. You will be in love and you will be going back next year just like I am. The house was as presented in the pictures. The linen was fresh. The kitchen was clean. The bathrooms were clean and the area is just beautiful. It’s just an area of the giant beautiful houses at Reasonable rental prices and a dock so you can rent whatever you want there’s alsoSeveral amazing marinas with food with whatever you love to eat music free music shopping not too far for those little things you might run out of as I said, I will be back next year even if it’s just me and my husband this time😘
