We got married several years ago in Gatlinburg, TN. and we have been staying there for several years as well. We love the hotel, staff, and Kathy at the breakfast bar is a wonderful sweet lady. She always makes sure everyone has what they need before she closes up. Most wouldn't care, but not her!!! That's a 5 Star !! I love talking to her when we visit. Was blessed to have stayed there twice this year! The hotel is super clean and that's a pet peeve for me! The room was very clean. Front desk was super sweet. Breakfast was good. The entire hotel remains quiet, ensuring a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights is its unbeatable location right next door to Bass Pro Shop and The Chop House Steakhouse, both of which are fantastic attractions and dining options in Kodak. Randy Patrick, the General Manager, is truly outstanding. He goes above and beyond to make every stay perfect, no matter if you're there with a small group or a large organization. His attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction are unmatched. Check-in and check-out are seamless, thanks to his efforts to ensure all needs are met. Randy is one of the nicest individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. His hospitality made my visit memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kodak, pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It’s a fantastic place with wonderful management and top-notch amenities!
