TVs could be a bit better and the HVAC unit could be a better, but nothing too bad. All breakfast was seemingly pre-frozen, but we didn't eat it so I can't say if it was good or not. Logan checked us in and was very quick. Good area right by Bass Pro Shops. A bit out of the way of all the hustle of Knoxville and Sevierville but close enough to everything to be convenient.
