  The hotel is starting to show its age bad. Stairways are not dumpsters fyi! The room was clean, nice and accessible for my standards. The only thing wrong with the room was the chair had a rip on it. Definitely a bait and switch based off the pictures. What really pissed me off was the continental breakfast. I was down there at 8:45am. The juice machine had an out of order sign on it, but it was running and running.. If that is down put out waters or juice boxes. There wasn’t any fluids available but coffee. The gallon of milk had went and gone based off how deep it was in the trash! Half the food bar was out of stock plus the waffle mix. The person managing the breakfast needs to do better..

  We made reservations by phone to stay here. We ask if they would allow pets and were told yes they would allow it for a fee. When we went in to check in, with our pet, we were told absolutely not, our pet was not allowed. We had driven 3 1/2 hours, it was late, and had to look for another place to stay. The people at the desk were very rude. They would not give us credit, due to their cancellation policy. So we had to pay them for a room we did not get to stay in, and pay another hotel to stay. Unfortunately, we will not be using Best Western at any point and time, in our future travels. Linda Collins Kentucky

  The place is dirty, dirty towels, dirty sheets, dirty room. The rooms need a lot of improvement and cleaning. It seems that this hotel is in its last days honestly. Not staying here ever it’s bad.

  Scary experience! After another hotel reservation fell through I called and Cali helped us and was very kind and accommodating! My daughter was with friends in the area and got sick and too sleepy to drive home. I rented her a room, we agreed she would stay untill 1 checkout because after the drama from the previous reservation it was around 5am. She needed sleep. I said I would rent another night if she still felt ill. Next shift the ppl weren't answering the desk call do I could pay another night. My daughter wa asleep and wasn't worried but had no idea I hadn't gotten ahold of them yet. This wasn't a planned stay so no luggage or phone charger. They claim they called room but she said she didn't hear any phone ring. After I finally got in touch they were screaming and put her on do not rent list? Why because I have record of trying to call may I screenshot and email it. She said they tried entering her room as she laid naked asleep! They gave her 10 min to leave property in upset trying to ask for manager and was refused three times. He said checkout was 11. I said please look at notes desk clerk said he would add a note. He said you didn't answer. I said no you didn't answer and I have phone proof! This is silly! And to abuse the power of police over a misunderstanding and oversleeping is beyond me! Especially since I offered to rent again. She left property immediately as asked and then after she left they tried to steal $250 and $32.72 extra and wouldn't explain why. They also said she had weed and she explained she smelled it to but was too tired to care! She told them she was sleeping and was not smoking anything she asked for a non smoking room. She said the entire hallway smelled like that and sour mildew smell. The man said she was a grown up adult and shouldn't depend on mommy so they called her. I said NO, I can protect my daughter if she was ill and rent her a room. I rented this room and I paid for it in my card! They could've called me! I listed her as the person staying and she gave her id. This wasn't a. Issue with original desk clerk! But the next day this man was twirling his cape and arguing like no man should with women! Beware, not a place to be when your traveling or vulnerable! Protect your cards. Only use prepaid. This company tried to take extra unauthorized money alot of it. Thankfully I keep my cards locked! This was all unfair, I also called after she left to try and speak to manager but was denied and not explained charges! You do not have authorization to charge my card for unauthorized charges. I really deserve my original fee back due to the inappropriate behavior and trying entering the room while she was undressed! He also humiliated us and belittling my relationship with my daughter and I shouldn't get her room because she is too old. Not cool! At all! Unprofessional, terrifying, humiliation, anxious experience, invasive, odd, day staff condense ding with threatening of police when no crime was committed!
