The people at the front desk were very rude, did not want to be bothered with customers, and are definitely not someone we would deal with again. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there were tiles out of the ceiling in the hallway where there had been what looked like an old roof leak. The towel rack was not on the wall in the bathroom and when we told them about it, the not so friendly front desk said Yeah, we are aware, it has been like that. There were stains on the carpet in the hallway, in our room, and the room is very small The "breakfast" they say is full breakfast consisted of cereal, eggs, bacon and toast as well as apples that were already rotten. The pool which is listed as heated was cold as well as the pool room was cold. And on top of that the side door that you supposedly needed a key card to enter, had the key pad broke, the door could be opened by anyone and the elevator to gain access is right there. Overall, this was a horrible place to stay. Don't waste your money on this place

Definitely a 2 star hotel. We stayed last year 1 night and my allergies were in full effect in this building. Carpet is old and stained. Needs remodeling desperately. This year we stopped in got room and left after 5 minutes smell so bad. We stayed across the street at newly remodeled Spark by Hilton.

We stayed here while on vacation in Tennessee. For the price, the rooms were not bad. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and there were a fair amount of towels and you could ask for extras with no issues. The floor was not entirely clean and the bathtub had someone's hair in it. The bathroom floor also had someone's leftover hair. But otherwise, the beds were made and room was generally clean. Customer service was good and representatives at the front desk were helpful. Area was a great location, near various activities, food and shopping. Continental breakfast was decent and they were not closed exactly at the said time, which allowed us time to comfortably finish breakfast even if we reached close to closing of the room. They had a heated pool which my nephews enjoyed, and a gym. All in all, good value for the price.

The gm is insanely rude and angry!! Someone came in my room while I wasn't here and went thru my things. The gm was mean mugging my 11,12,and 18 year old children and speaking angry to them. I found a can of monster in the fridge when we got back and none of us had it! Neverrrrr again

We stayed here two years ago and we were eager to stay again, but we were disappointed. The desk staff were odd. The pool area was uncomfortablely cold and dirty and there were no towels available poolside like last time. Breakfast was a dismal shadow of what we had enjoyed during our last stay. And to top it off, there were no microwaves in the rooms, just 1 in the lobby which was very inconvenient. Although the room was clean, I honestly do not see us staying here a third time.
