  Kevin, if you read this, just know youre honest and an exemplary employee!! I was on a school field trip with daughters middle school out of SC. We spent 1 night at this location. I left my earbuds in the bed in our room when we checked out at 830am. I didnt realize I left them until I gor home at 1130pm. I called and spoke with Kevin. He stated my room hadn't been cleaned yet but hed keep am eye out. Then he took it a step further and said he would walk up personally and look for them. He did just that and found them! I called monday mornjng and he said he had them and he told me what to do to have them shipped back. I received my package just a few minutes ago. Not only did Kevin walk up and find them himself, he also packaged them in Styrofoam in a box and ensured they were safe and would make it back to me undamaged. I have emailed customer service and explained everything that happened and they are forwarding my message to the hotel management for recognition. But Kevin deserves more than just recognition. This gentleman could have easily lied and I would have never been able to prove it! But he didn't! He was honest and that is rare in this world!

  2nd time ive stayed here. I love the location, staff was helpful, kids loved the pool.. carpets and things do need to be updated but for the price well worth the stay!

  Horrible experience as soon as I checked in one TV had to be replaced. One trash can for two rooms. Sofa bed smelled like a dog bed completely unable to use it no microwave. Very very disappointed.

  This hotel is a joke you are better off staying at a Super 8 or Ecno Lodge at least the room will be ready and if you have kids watch them. My daughter felt very uncomfortable with the guy at the front desk. Constantly staring at her while we were waiting for the room to be finished. It's ridiculous they have no customer service skills at all. I reported this hotel and the workers to public relations and the business bureau. The staff is not trained properly and has no respect for guest.

  This hotel is poorly managed. Front desk staff are sitting talking on their phones while we are waiting to ask why our room was not cleaned that day. We were told that we didn’t request it to be cleaned! Since when should we have to ask about having our room cleaned? Where is the customer service we pay for? When we arrived in our room the first day. Beds were made. Bathroom had a bottle of cleaner left on the toilet. I lifted the lid and it was filthy! No towels in the room, The bathroom faucet handle is broken and holes in the bathroom door. Remote doesn’t work, garbage cans with garbage from previous user. I questioned if the sheets were clean. Coffee is cold. Breakfast was terrible. Poor,Poor service and hospitality.
