  I arrived at the hotel at Midnight after a 4 hour drive with my daughter- just to find out they canceled our room! I received a fraud alert from my bank during my drive at 10:45 PM which was from the hotel running my credit card (before I had arrived). Since I had 1 hour and 15 min left of my drive, I figured Id just give them a different credit card once we got there or call the fraud dept to unfreeze the original card. I also opted for "Pay at the site" when I booked the hotel. Anyways- the front desk girl informed me that our room was canceled. I had no missed calls or emails from the hotel. She confirmed that they did NOT reach out and shared that they were over booked so they canceled it. She went and spoke to her manager about what happened and the manager told her "nothing they could do". The manager didnt even come out to see if there was anything they could do or even apologize or look into it. NOTHING. Just didnt care that at Midnight me and my daughter didnt have a room. And no explanation on why they didnt call or email. Just canceled it. I went next door to the Hilton. They were also booked but the front desk guy was so nice and googled nearby hotels for me. He didn't have to do that but it was just kind. The Holiday Inn team couldnt have cared less. Go next door to the Hilton or anywhere else.

  Maybe seems very old and uncomfortable. Do not park until after you check in. My room was at the far end of the hotel from the love. I had to drive down the building and park at the far end of the building. I went in and had to wander around until I found an elevator. I was on the second floor but had to click the L button to get to my floor. The lobby was nowhere around. Room smelled funky. There was a hole in one of the mattresses and a big stain on the other one. I checked for bed bugs, but didn't see any. Doesn't feel safe. I won't be back here. I can't believe a travel agency sent me here.

  Not pleased. Booked my room weeks ago just to show up and be put in a pet room in the basement, woke up with flea bites and the dog next door barking non stop every day. If I could’ve gotten my money back and left as soon as I was told “you are booked into a pet room” while checking in, I would have.

  The OYO across the way refused service to my girlfriend and I due to us both having service dogs and them not being fully aware of ADA law. We came into here last minute and the front desk attendant was very helpful, patient, and just downright awesome. My window wouldn't go back up and she offered a bag and tape to cover it until the local shops she suggested opened up in the morning. Definitely will be stopping back here on my way through.

  Very friendly, accommodating staff! To be fair we used Ihg points so for us it was decent stay. There’s a lot of confusion over breakfast. Some said free for Ihg members; some said not free at all. Thankfully the front desk gave us a comp card, otherwise it would’ve been very disappointing to pay for that particular breakfast. It is better than some we’ve had but not the kind you want to pay much extra. Laundry was good, $2/wash. Rooms were surface level clean. Needs deep clean!!! I highly recommend parents to be cautious of children with showers as the temperature was difficult to stabilize initially. Very awkward set up. Lobby was nice! Easy access from interstate
