  Visited Knoxville for a concert at Thompson Boling Arena. Convenient location to the Arena. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was fresh and good. The attendant, Alexis, provided friendly and efficient service.

  About an 11 minute ride to downtown, 8 minutes from Target , Walmart and 18 minutes from the mall. This location is right off the highway on the same street with a weathered Red Lobster, a Fairfield Inn and a Motel 6. Quite a mix but it works. There’s a shopping center across the main thoroughfare and several fast food outlets nearby. Check in was fast and easy. The hotel seems very new as everything appears freshly painted, newly furnished and cleaned. The room was on a higher floor on the opposite side from highway traffic which I would recommend. Carpet in the hallway was loose and should probably be replaced. My room was as I expected with plenty of towels, a microwave and a fridge. The beds were fluffy and quite elevated so perhaps the mattresses were really new? The hotel is pet friendly but I only encountered a yorkie and a caged hamster in the hallway. No funny smells, just an overall safe place to get some rest. Plan to pay for a typical breakfast served free at Holiday Inn Express. There’s not an omlet station or made to order option .

  Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the thicker curtains do not close all the way, letting in all of the light from the street lamps outside - it was too bright even at 2 am.

  Good morning, I travel frequently, and whenever I do, I make it a point to stay at Holiday Inn hotels. Over the years, I’ve stayed at more than 50 locations, My experience at your hotel was truly outstanding—beyond amazing and beyond excellence. Check-in was easy, and the parking area is spacious and convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained. The only downside was that you can hear freeway traffic, which might be an issue for light sleepers. I’m usually not great at remembering names, but your team made such an impression that I won’t forget them: Kris and Lara at the front desk, and Alexa from breakfast service. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly define excellence. I learned a lot just by observing how they treat guests. They are a tremendous asset to holiday Inn hotel and deserve every bit of recognition. Thank you again for making every moment of our stay so memorable.
