I walked into my room and noticed an ant problem, which they offered no room switch and to use ant spray on the room. Ah yes, I love breathing in those chemicals while I sleep. They were quick to pull that out which actually made me curious that this was not a first time problem. Sure enough, another reviewer had the same issue, except they also had a toenail on the bed! Luckily for me it was a quick walk in to notice a bug infested room and quickly step out. Who knows what else I could have found. Also a top review says it's easy to locate? No it's not, GPS will not guide you to the right street, but to be fair by the time you read this it might. Clearly a bought review or maybe a lucky person that did not have to deal with negative experiences. Oh which reminds me the two front office people were very apathetic to the situation. Not the service I expect from a Hilton brand hotel. Absolutely disgraceful for the Hilton brand, please stay somewhere else if you're in the area. Unless you feel like rolling the dice on a bug infested room!
