When I went to notify front desk, they were more concerned with the fact I'd never had bugs in my hotel room before than my complaint that there was a COCKROACH IN MY ROOM. The response was "It happens! Do you stay at a lot of hotels?" I'd love it if someone would reach out about refunding me for my stay. Thanks bye!
- JHJason Handy3 days ago4.0I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for the room because there was only two bath towels with four hand towels and four washcloths in room with two queen beds. Pretty lame even for a budget hotel. Everything was clean and staff was nice.
- DODan OssegeJan 7, 20262.0The good: Good rate, clean. The bad: Location is right off entrance and exit ramp for 75. We heard semi trucks all night. Also, garbage truck came at 330 am and scared the crap out of us when it dropped the heavy bin. We will not stay here again.
- TAThe AdventurersDec 20, 20255.0Staff was very nice, the bed super comfortable, clean room and OMG the pillows are so soft. A little disappointed with the breakfast, only cereal, biscuits and boiled eggs which had a weird flavor. Kind of cardboard taste.
- LGLeonardo GomezDec 16, 20255.0Spent two nights for business after being in Hampton Downtown the week before: surprisingly a 5 stars we'll deserved. Hilton made a great job with Sparks and the host, service, cleaning contributes a lot keeping what Hilton projected here. All areas clean, rooms in a very good shape both maintenance and housekeeping. Hilton have adapted the spaces they have in a very great and wise manner (when you compare Hampton ans Sparks) keeping the cozy ambience of places. The only suggestion is bringing a slight more variety for breakfast (probably the spaces for logistic do not allow it). Besides that: Great job Spark, thank you.
