We checked into our room only to find that the cleaning service forgot to take out the previous guests trash, they forgot to vacuum and my dog almost picked up a random pill that was left in the bathroom. There was a random noodle and splenda packet in plain view. I even had to ask the front desk for a clorox wipe so I could clean our room. I gave the 2 full trash cans to the clerk expecting that he would empty and return. Nope, he kept them. The front desk response as he handed me the wipes was "sorry". I would avoid this location and find a different property. We have stayed in several Homewood Suites locations across the country, and this one does not come close their quality. This property does not live up to the Hilton name. Day 2. Tried to relax in the tub, and it wont even hold water...
