Check in staff was helpful. I wish the parking lot facing Executive Park Drive was better lit at night. I slept well--comfortable bed and AC. Good prices.

I talked to the front desk about getting the room cleaned, and they said they would have it taken care of. It was never taken care of. Walls had stuff on them all over the place. Found a half used tobacco product on the floor. We were here with kids. Just dirty. Major mold in vent in the bathroom? We won't be staying here again. Pool was nice.

The staff was great. The location is great. Lots of room for ur bus and trailer. Once again the staff was great.
- LMLeonie MantheyOct 29, 20251.0Our key card stopped working so we went down to the front desk to get a new one which also didn’t work so the receptionist came up and also tried and saw it didn’t work. After placing us in a new room because of this, they ended up charging for both rooms. We were rightfully frustrated and argued this because no one had said we were going to be charged. No one asked for a name for the room or a payment card. I thought it was unfair since it was not our fault the door stopped working and needed a bed to sleep on. After going back and forth with the lady at the front desk, she proceeded to tell us “you have 10 minutes to leave and I won’t charge you, if you are not out within that time I am calling the police.” even though no one was yelling or getting aggressive, we were simply frustrated of not being told we were going to be charged double for something that wasn’t our fault like the door not working. (We got out in 10 minutes anyway and they still charged.)
