  Me and my girlfriend had a great stay. Close to everything we needed. Demetric was fantastic to deal with and was super helpful. I can honestly say checking in, dealing with him was probably the best experience I've ever had dealing with hotel employees ever. Danielles was a great time for dinner. The service and food was great. This is now my favorite hotel in Knoxville

  I've been in the hotel industry for 20 years so I have very high standards for expected service. Arianna behind the desk is OUTSTANDING. Welcoming, and knowledgeable, a breath of fresh air. The hotel is spacious and perfect, price was right, and it has way more amenities than anyone could ask for.

  I am an avid holiday inn customer. I use it for work travel consistently. This stay was not what I expected. When walking in I was met by a kind front desk and beautiful decorative Christmas views. I was sure this would be great. Upon going into my room I was shocked once I began to use the room. We had to use the sofa couch for the kids and when we pulled it out there was old food in it. The mattress looked 20 years old. The extra sheets and comforter were stained and didn’t fit. Thankfully we had our own. The shower took 30 mins to get hot. With multiple people there that was a time waster. We could get past that but when going down to the pool I was disgusted by the area. The floors were covered in green algae and in need of desperate power washing. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see anything. The worst part was the hot tub. It had looked like 50 people took a pee in there! It was a murky brown color and had dead flies floating in it. I smelled the chemicals however felt like I would catch a disease if I were to get in. There is some major upkeep needed in this location and like I said I’m an avid IHG member and this one took me back. We did get the extra towels we asked for so that was nice. However the night front desk couldn’t do simple math to give my husband change for $20 to spend back into the arcade there. She shorted him $3. We decided that we would not make a big deal out of it. Please clean up that pool area and have housekeeping check those forgotten areas in rooms.

  I absolutely love this hotel. I'd stayed during Christmas. It was very festive & comfortable. They had Santana & the Grinch doing professional photos. It was amazing. They have an indoor pool, jacuzzi., gym, game room, basketball court, pickleball court, outdoor pool, & jacuzzi. They have a beautiful enclosed courtyard. This hotel has a very nice breakfast in the morning &, a great dine in restaurant & bar in the evening. The food & drinks are wonderful. This hotel has an ATM & a snack room with wine & beer. The staff is friendly & attentive. The rooms are clean & cozy with a fridge. I would definitely recommend staying here. When I come back, I'll stay here again. It was an amazing stay.

  Sigh...where to start... The layout of the entrance and parking lot are *really* confusing. The interior and room furnishings are dated and look dirty and shabby. There was what appeared to be dried human boogers on our bedding. We were given clean replacements within ten minutes, but still...c'mon. The corners and edges of the room hadn't seen a vacuum in quite some time - there was a layer of dirt and dog (cat?) hair. Breakfast was included but at a higher nightly rate; it was okay but nothing special. This place needs an update in the worst way and some higher housekeeping standards.
