  Second time here this year. Feb 2026 UPDATE: Service up to 3 stars from One, the next morning I spoke with a very professional and friendly lady that said that I should get my points, and the bonus points for the trivia. I should Not have been put in a room on the lower level with no carpet, that is the pet area. Thanks Abby C.? We had no plans for the breakfast, (see comments below) but it was comped, better than the last time, and they did fry two eggs for my wife. First stay was pretty good, friendly staff, 5 star, decent room.3 star. Found out the next morning that USB outlets are in the clock radio, not the lamps like most updated hotels We liked the bartender at the bar. This time, February 2026, the room has No carpet, No rugs. Cold hard floor. Still the same half update, still a midget toilet in the tight bathroom. Took over 15 minutes to check in because the manager was on the phone trying to refund someone's points for a cancellation, and made a snide remark to that person about me. Paid extra for the breakfast the first time, Never again. Same stuff as the FREE breakfast Everywhere else, but not nearly as good. My wife would rather have McDonald's.. For $15 per person you can go across the street to cracker barrel. We still like the bartender, she Rocks!!!

  Place need to be remodeled. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast is great with lots of choices.

  My experience was pretty good up until I went to bed and was woken up by being bitten by a bed bug. I was absolutely disgusted and quickly packed my stuff and went to the front desk. The worker wasn’t super helpful but ended up putting me in a different room for the night.

  My recent experience was disappointing. The night front desk associate came across as unfriendly and dismissive, which set a negative tone for my visit. The pool room floor appeared green, possibly due to mold, which is very unhygienic. I also noticed trash between the dressers, indicating that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. For the price charged, I expected better standards of service and cleanliness. I hope these issues are addressed to improve the experience for future guests. The guy in the dinning area ended up being really nice and took care of our needs.

  I would like to give a shout out to April at the front desk. She was multitasking and smiling through our group check-in. We are a complicated lot and we require alot of patience.
