- SWStephanie WagnerFeb 17, 20265.0We have stayed here twice in the last few weeks. The hotel is your typical older holiday inn express, rooms are ok, a bit dated. Their pool is nicer than the average IHG pool, on the larger side and clean. Their lobby is very very clean. Front desk staff are so so depending on who you get. Wanda who looks after the continental breakfast is phenomenal. She checks in multiple times while you’re dining to ensure you found everything you need, offering if there’s anything else she can get you. Truly it’s because of Wanda’s kindness and dedication to her job that I wrote this review in the first place. I hope she is recognized for what she brings to your hotel and how much she does for your guests.

We pulled into this location and walked in and met Josh Heidel. He was fantastic, helpful, polite, quick, you name it-he was it!! She needed 12 pgs. printed and it was late at night with nothing opened. He got us hooked up right away and papers printed and she was good to go. He didn't have to do this nor was this part of his job but he came through for her and we are forever grateful for going the extra mile. Josh, I hope you know you made our nerves at ease knowing you jumped in to help right away. Thank you Josh!!

- ANAnn NestDec 22, 20255.0Highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express location. It holds the brand values and promise of cleanliness and hospitality.. Cleveland at the reception was outstanding. He tried his best to accommodate our request to get a ground floor room. He also went out of his way to help, I was trying to enter the laundry area and my keys won’t work. And before I get into the elevator to get help at the reception, here he comes at the elevator handing me another keycard. This guy is Definitely an asset and a true face of hospitality. Our stay here by far is the best amongst the few locations of holiday inn express we stayed for the past few weeks.
