I really enjoyed the free breakfasts. With all the money I was spending on lunches and dinners, it helped me save quite a bit of money. It was really good, too! - Just a note for people who are thinking about staying here: They don't have an indoor pool anymore. It was removed, to make room for more hotel rooms. The website for this location hasn't updated that information, yet. I didn't care, but some people might find that information important. Otherwise, it's a really nice hotel.

Not a huge fan of the eggs cause they’re dehydrated but the biscuits and gravy is really good. Room service cleans the room whenever you take the sign off the door and does everything you expect. Overall good hotel.
- KKKatieAug 25, 20251.0Absolutely HORRIBLE stay. When we first got checked into the hotel room the room STUNK like human piss and there was blood stains on the mattress. They moved to second room ans that room was missing its lamps ansd was insanely dark. The 3rd room they moved us too hard human hair all over the hard surfaces and I had to kill a bug that was crawling on the counter in the bathroom. We stayed there for 3 night and every day i had to come down at least twice to get new keys because the keys would randomly stop working. The girl who works the front desk at night is INSANELY rude for no reason. She acted like I was bothering her every time I came to the desk to get new keys. There are many other hotels in Knoxville. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere clean and friendly. This place is not it.
