Very dated, overwhelming cologne or cleaner smell in lobby, water took forever to get hot on floor 15 and the facet was tricky. The biggest pain is parking, the parking garage is managed by Metropolis and you have to validate every time you go in and out. I currently have 10 total -1 time charges and returns on my cc from that. Unless they get away from Metroplis, I’ll never say here again.
Staff was very helpful and great customer service.

Housekeeping was good & there’s a Starbucks on premises, they’re the only reason I gave them 2 stars. Parking was a nightmare, up charges for everything, counter staff had no idea what would be up charged & what would come with the room. Not the Hilton quality I remember from the past.

David and Devin were working the front desk. They were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Thank You both!
On an unfortunate note all the elevators were broken except one which caused quite a line on Christmas weekend.

This was the best hotel stay that we have ever had. We stayed in the parlor room. It was HUGE. They even had robes and slippers in the room for us. The staff were are very friendly. We stayed for our anniversary and when we told the front desk they gave up cards for a free breakfast (36.00) and a free drinks card ( 35.00)
Thr valet parking was 24hours and very convenient. City square was only a 5 minute walk. There was a Starbucks right in the hotel and the hotel restaurant food was delicious.

Great place. Magnificent view from the Parlor suite. Super clean and everyone was so friendly. However the bathroom is still old school with a tub and actually fairly small for a premium room. Great location and easy walk to the Market Square
