The staff was really nice my entire stay here and the entire place is super clean!
I really appreciated the bartender guy in making me feel comfortable about ordering from their restuarant's menu. I have honestly never ordered food from a hotel before until then and was all around feeling awkward 😅
But he was a really chill guy that seemed like he could come up with a conversation at any given time though, and that's not easy!
I loved the room I stayed in and the place was spotless. I was so impressed by the blanket I had for my bed that I took a picture of it's tag because it was just really soft and comfortable 😂
The bathroom was nice and I loved the shelves they had on the wall to store anything. The shower however, was a peeve of mine because it did not have a door or a curtain to close when I got in, it was just a walk in. So I always felt cold air coming in and hitting me while taking a shower (even though I had the heat on and turned up), and the metal drain on the floor was really loud when water was dripping on it- which was constantly unfortunately.
Their restaurant's food is actually really good and while I was there had ordered chicken tenders, a steak, and a rib. They didn't disappoint on classic tendies, and they cook a steak to a perfect medium rare! I would suggest not getting the rib, when I got mine it tasted like bland roast beef and I unfortunately realized I wasn't given any sort of barbecue sauce in my to go bag...but I didn't think it necessary to ask for any because the steak was so good just two days prior.

The hotel is located right next to a busy highway, which is something to keep in mind. Breakfast is also not complimentary and comes with an additional charge, even though it’s the same breakfast that many other Hilton properties offer for free. Aside from that, the hotel itself is nice, and most of the staff are friendly and professional.
Update: I changed my review from 3/5 to 1/5. I booked this hotel again for work, as it’s the location my employer typically uses. That said, I would not describe this property as truly pet-friendly. During check-in, the front desk associate (Tilman) made it feel like my dog and I were an inconvenience. He mentioned that there had been a complaint during our previous stay, which was surprising since they never reached out to me even though I double checked that morning to make sure they had my phone number and everything was fine. During this day he was referring to, I had specifically checked with both housekeeping and maintenance staff during that stay, and they told me they weren’t even aware there was a pet on the floor and never heard him barking. I have always traveled with my pet and he has never been an issue. Tilman also made sure to make it clear that if there's any issues they will call animal control, which did not come off as either necessary or professional.
Because of this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with pets and will no longer book any stays.

Everything you expect from the Holton brand, centrally located convenient to both West and Downtown Knoxville. Spectacular views from top floor and very welcoming atmosphere.

The room was over priced and they wouldn't allow me to use my points towards my room without using the app with which I was having problems with despite having my account number and nobody even made an attempt to help with it. I was given a flimsy excuse!

We had a really nice overnight stay during a recent road trip. The hotel is located close to the UT famous and not far from options for dining and shopping. And you're back on the interstate in just a couple of minutes.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was really good. We had a couple of burgers with sides. All was very tasty and service was fast for a hotel restaurant.
We travel with our dog, so a feature we liked was having a floor to ceiling window. He enjoyed sitting and watching the people as they moved through the parking lot.
