They do an excellent job maintaining the rooms and common areas. We were very happy we chose this hotel. Very convenient to UT campus and downtown Knoxville on game days. Reasonable rates compared to downtown options. We will stay here again next time we are in for a game.

The room was clean and HUGE! Included microwave, wet bar sink, fridge and still had a desk and PLENTY of room to put stuff. Hotel common areas are clean! The people running the show and working at this place are the superstars. The area....a little interesting. Probably a up and coming area, if I had to bet. But the hotel is on the hill with a long driveway, felt safe. Well done! Keep up the good work.
