Our Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville - I-75 North features 102 rooms including 32 suites. We are located off I-75 at Exit 108, Merchants Drive. We are conveniently located to many major corporate offices, the University of Tennessee, Neyland Stadium, Thompson Boling Arena, the downtown business area and major shopping centers and award winning restaurants. Our hotel amenities include a smoke-free environment, complimentary On the House hot breakfast, indoor pool, business and fitness center, complimentary high-speed internet access and complimentary USA Today newspaper Monday through Friday. Our hotel also features Hampton Inns new "Perfect Mix" lobby and a designated picnic area located on the hotel grounds. Our guest room amenities include, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, single self serve coffee makers and 32" flat screen televisions.

Our credit card companies and bank said nothing showed up on our cards. We had to drive another 5 hours to get home, and my wife was in tremendous orthopedic pain prior to a surgery. Filed a formal complaint six days ago (the day after the experience). Was promised that I would hear back from someone. So far, nothing. And, I’m a Hilton Honors member. I’ll never stay at another Hilton hotel.
