Our Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville - I-75 North features 102 rooms including 32 suites. We are located off I-75 at Exit 108, Merchants Drive. We are conveniently located to many major corporate offices, the University of Tennessee, Neyland Stadium, Thompson Boling Arena, the downtown business area and major shopping centers and award winning restaurants. Our hotel amenities include a smoke-free environment, complimentary On the House hot breakfast, indoor pool, business and fitness center, complimentary high-speed internet access and complimentary USA Today newspaper Monday through Friday. Our hotel also features Hampton Inns new "Perfect Mix" lobby and a designated picnic area located on the hotel grounds. Our guest room amenities include, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, single self serve coffee makers and 32" flat screen televisions.

When we got there to check in Friday night their systems were down (worldwide problem, not property problem) and I didn't get their names but they were handling it beautifully. Smooth check in considering the issues, rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast Saturday was amazing and the attendant was attentive and very friendly. Spoke with Robin over the phone Friday afternoon and she was a delight. Kelly checked us out and was just as wonderful. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

They always asked "hows your stay, do you need anything" Breakfast was excellent, the cleanest most well stocked hotel Breakfast I have seen. Penny does a great job. It shows that The Smith family takes pride in their hotels. The water, cookies, tootsie rolls were all a huge hit. Thank you

It is very clean, great breakfast and lots of parking. The one thing that really stood out to us was the employees, they were very friendly and had a very positive attitude. The one person on the staff, Randy Cross, needs to be recognized as an outstanding employee by the management of this hotel. Randy just made our stay, which was short, one of the best. We will stay at this facility again in the near future. We highly recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites-Knoxville/North I-75, and you may be lucky enough to have Randy Cross be your host.
