I asked them what about the people that are here now?? She said that that was too bad that they needed to save it for the next day. Very poor customer service, very rude at the front desk. There are parking garages/lots close by that are cheaper if that matters to you. The staff are super friendly, and request a room on the quieter side of the property if one is available. Would stay here again.

I had to stay from Thu to Sun, but in order to use a discount only from Fri to Sun, I had to reserve Thu separately; however they kept us in the same room and everything was smoothly and easy. Check-in through the app, digital key to open using the app, really more that I expected.
