I’ve stayed at this Hampton Inn location multiple times, but this recent experience was extremely disappointing. Fresh off the road driving for hours and At check-in, the GM (dark haired lady w glasses)informed me my reservation was missing a credit card authorization as this is a work trip. Cool no prob, I immediately contacted my booking agency to resolve it, but instead of working with me, she was rude, dismissive, and refused to accept the information being provided because it wasn’t in her “preferred” format.
Rather than offering solutions or showing basic customer service, she canceled my reservation simply because I was asking for clarification. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable treatment of a returning guest.
Very disappointing experience.

I’ll also fill out the survey Hilton sends me later, but let me just start by saying that I have traveled all over the country, stayed in many, many hotels, as well as managing them, and I am a total hotel snob. That said, this hotel is in my top 5 for sure. The rooms are well cleaned, well stocked with towels, plenty of pillows, and the whole hotel has a very welcoming and pleasant scent. I’d also like to mention the staff as a whole - friendly, always makes eye contact and smiles, and everyone seems hard at work, always. Special shout out to Brandon at the front desk for having my back when I had a problem to solve. You rock 🤘

Came in exhausted, and Meg went above and beyond.
Clean hotel, seems on the older side, but very well run and take care of. Rooms well stocked and supplied, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was normal hampton inn offerings, plentiful and clean areas there, too.
20 plus hours of no sleep and I just wanted to get laid down. I had a slight issue with my Hilton app, and Meg just swooped in and made everything so much better. Slept peacefully and comfortably, woke rested and happy.

Very clean! Comfortable bedding, extra blanket in the closet, good shower pressure, plenty of bath towels, NO bugs! Plenty of space in drawers and closet too. Mae and Nate at the front desk were most kind and helpful to us. You could tell they knew their stuff and were happy to help and answer any questions about the hotel and surrounding area. The lobby area was also very clean and the free breakfast had a lot of variety. We will definitely come back to this hotel when in Knoxville and would highly recommend a stay here. (They also had delicious fresh cookies at the front desk!)
