This hotel has the most hospitable staff in the industry! We had our annual team meeting in Knoxville and were all impressed by the positive, kind, helpful attitude of every single Embassy team member we interacted with. From the original meeting planning last fall through the event this week it was a smooth, excellent process. The rooms and facility were as good as the team working there as well.

My husband and I have stayed here at least 10 times over the last several years, almost always at Thanksgiving and Christmas, and this hotel is one of our favorites in the country. We travel often and usually choose Hilton or sometimes Marriott, and this one far surpasses the majority. Not all service industry workers are happy and joyful when working during or ON a holiday, yet here it is the opposite. Everyone we encounter seems to love their jobs and love serving their customers, which is such a pleasant change of pace in a time where excellent customer service feels almost non existent. David and D are omelet making machines and crank out some delicious made to order eggs & omelets with very fresh ingredients, all with huge smiles and love. Even their waffle mix tastes better than other Hilton properties. Mort and the other servers do a wonderful job of keeping the dining room running efficiently and clean, also with huge smiles and joy. The manager’s welcome reception every evening from 5:30-7pm is a nice touch and the drinks are not watered down, the food options are good and the bartenders are friendly and kind. The front desk staff are also friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff keeps the rooms clean (we have never experienced a cleanliness issue in all our times here), and they are quiet. I like to sleep later while on vacation, and in many hotels I hear the housekeeping staff slamming doors up & down the hall early morning - not here! The beds are comfortable enough. I love that the bathrooms are stocked with “clean ingredients” toiletries. The suite living area has a comfortable sofa and chair. The overall noise level from other guests, rooms, outside interstate etc is nearly non existent - very quiet. We’ve never had issues with the elevators or long wait times. We don’t utilize the pool or gym but hear those are nice. The parking is sufficient & the location is convenient to food, shopping for errands and the interstate. Although you won’t choose this hotel for a view, it’s not necessary at this location and it certainly wouldn’t nullify any of the other extremely positive reasons to choose this hotel. It is clear that the management team at this hotel are great leaders and lead their teams well. We can’t wait for our next visit!

We spent a most enjoyable night here on our way to visit our Granddaughter for Christmas. The evening snacks & drink were quite adequate. Their complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Comfortable bed, Great atmosphere! The EV charging worked very well on our new 2026 SUV hybrid.

Booked the Embassy Suites because they had car chargers. Got there with 1% left … the stalls were all blocked by non electric trucks. The lady behind the counter checking us in let us know … “we don’t care if regular cars block those things.” Stranded.

Cold hot tub, lousy view. Otherwise very nice hotel. This is a very nice, up-to-date-feeling hotel with a pretty lobby and very comfortable, spacious rooms. Soundproofing was notably excellent. The hotel is fairly close to I40, but we never heard any traffic noise. In addition to double-pane windows, there are window panes mounted inside the window openings, effectively making these triple-pane windows. I was surprised to learn from one of the employees that the hotel is 13 years old. It looks like it’s been kept up very well. It was very clean and the staff were all very courteous and friendly. The workout room was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. It actually has free weights and a rack, as well as several cardio machines and a good selection of dumbbells. The hot tub was a big disappointment. We really looked forward to soaking away some aches and pains. But the temperature was way cooler than any hot tub I’ve ever been in. It definitely was not hot. Obviously, I didn’t have a thermometer with me, but I would guess the water temperature was 80° or lower. And it was even colder the next morning. When we arrived on the night of our stay, there were a couple of kids swimming around in the hot tub. When my wife and I started talking about looking for a temperature control, the kids told us they had already looked for one. So it was too cold for them too. The other disappointment was the view from our room. They were very nice, expansive windows, looking out over part of the hotel roof, which was not attractive and included some clutter, but also the neighboring parking lot, which was full of commercial vehicles (tractor trailers, vans). Obviously this isn’t a location where you would expect to see sweeping mountain vistas or pelicans cruising the surf, but this was an expensive room, so this wasn’t my expectation. We do have plans to stay here again in a few months, and none of these demerits would necessarily keep us away, but we will be checking for alternatives.
