  I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The front desk is courteous, helpful, and prompt with any needs. The wait staff at both the breakfast area and evening restaurant space is exceptional. We stayed twice on the way somewhere and on the way back. I was as remembered, greeted and cared for like I was family. If you have the privilege to meet Mort you will understand what an incredible human he is. If you stay, you must go to breakfast and talk with him. He has wonderful stories and a heart of gold. We are happy to know this is a halfway stop for a regular destination for us and we are very much looking forward to staying again! The pool, hot tub, and sauna are all the also exceedingly clean and a wonderful addition to our stay!

  We just had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Their Happy hour was a nice unexpected bonus. We stayed there for dinner and we were surprised with the exceptional taste of the salmon and grilled vegetables with rice offering by their chef Cleo. Our waitress Kala was very kind and attentive. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We will definitely be returning.

  Front desk was nice. Room was extremely nice and a great value. Eric in the breakfast and omelet station went above and beyond and is extremely friendly.

  The staff is what makes this Embassy suites special -- Dean, Erica, Marty, Jennifer...just to name a few. All smiles and service...they remember us also. We've been coming 2-3 times a year to a scrapbook retreat, for the last 4+ yrs.

  Stay: February 1, 2026 I had an excellent experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Knoxville West—easily one of the best-run Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at. The breakfast was standout, with one of the better omelets I’ve had at any hotel in this category. The hotel feels very well managed and organized. While there were a few minor maintenance issues in the room, they didn’t detract from the overall experience. What really set this stay apart was the availability of multiple free EV chargers, which were all working and in good order—something that’s surprisingly rare at hotels these days and a major factor in my decision to stay here. The bar area is spacious and welcoming, and the staff were consistently friendly and professional. The property was kept very clean, and I appreciated seeing staff actively managing the mess from snow throughout the day. Although I had planned on checking out the gym and pool, I didn’t get a chance to use them. That said, both areas looked very well maintained, and the gym in particular appeared to be one of the better hotel gyms I’ve seen. Overall, this is a well-run, well-managed hotel with great amenities, especially for EV drivers. I would absolutely stay here again.
