Fantastic hotel. Best I've stayed in for a while. Room was very quiet and the curtains blacked out the light so well I didn't know what time of day it was. Love the split room concept. LOVE the roof top bar and breakfast. Great location. Overall very nice experience.

Supper disappointed, I booked my room with a month of anticipation they gave me the room they had left, I am an anxious person (evaluated) and I explained that to them they told me literally they don’t care they don’t have another room with more windows as I saw when I booked the room, the pictures are not the same as the real rooms, my room was in the second floor with a little window, I booked a suite with 2 rooms, the front desk people told me that type of room only exists in that floor, and they told me to wait bc the general manager was coming to talk to me, he or she never came I had to wait like 20 minutes in the lobby they said is gonna Call me I never had a call, the hospitality 0 of 10, I was getting my suitcases from the car to my room and one of them fell and I was with my hands full nobody helped me, and I saw employees there just looking, finally one of the valet guys helped me after 5 minutes staying there trying to have help, super awful experience not recommended I always have good experiences in 4/5 starts hotel this one is not the favorite the last of the list.

Wonderful upscale hotel. I was not expecting the sheer beauty of the interior. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was great as well. Wonderful area to walk around in downtown Knoxville.

You can't beat the location. Its a lot of high rated restaurants in walking distance. I had a room on the top floor and we couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat, even the staff was puzzled. I got moved to another room and the heat unit was broken. In lieu of a 3rd room I accepted a space heater, and that thing heated up an entire King Suite by itself! The heat got fixed the next day. The king suites are nice! Parking is Valet Only and $35 a night. No self-parking available. My only complaint is Valet. My goodness they're slow. I think they have to walk far. Request your car 15-30 minutes before you need to leave bc that's how long it takes.
