Specifically, Skylar Hopkins and Chareen Gould. Chareen makes sure every detail is accounted for and the event runs flawlessly. Skylar goes above and beyond beyond to make sure the set up is exactly right. We had some changes to the room layout last minute and Skylar did it with a smile and made sure everything was perfect for when attendees arrived.

The space was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire event. The food was amazing—far beyond what you’d typically expect from a hotel. Everything ran perfectly on schedule, and a special shoutout to Chareen for all her help in coordinating and making sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Jeff, the sales manager, is great at accommodating our needs and makes sure we have everything that we need.The hotel looks great and updated renovations rooms are always greatly received. From the check-in set-up tables on the mezzanine level, to the ballroom ambiance and dinner food--our event at the Crowne Plaza was wonderful. During dinner, the catering staff continually were keeping the food hot at dinner (and the strawberry shortcake with ice cream for dessert was a HIT!) In the ballroom, the tech set-up was so easy to navigate. The speakers in the ballroom were clear when we played videos and music from the computer which is always helpful for the full experience! When our guests arrived early, Natalie at the front desk was so kind and kept me updated as each room was cleaned. Overall, the charter bus easily navigated the area, the parking garage tokens were easy to hand out for our car drivers, and I appreciate the extra work that the reception team did to individually mark each guest's keycards. I'm so thankful that the Crowne staff welcomes us with open arms and celebrates the Big Orange Spirit, cheering, and music that we bring when guests arrive. I truly love partnering with Jeff for Undergraduate Admissions events!

We are staying at because we had everything on site. We were close to everything downtown. All the attractions parking was reasonable. Valet was personable. All staff was personable. I really enjoyed our stay.
