Our room was clean and comfortable and we had lovely view across the street to Market Square, our destination for shopping, dinner and evening stroll among friendly locals and other visitors. Our service in the Crown Plaza Bar was excellent. The bar tender was pleasant, professional and full of great stories and anecdotes. We highly recommend the Crown Plaza Hotel and be sure to take in all the variety of cuisine and merchandise of Market Square while you’re there.

- MMMike MartinFeb 25, 20265.0This morning, Wednesday, February 25, 2026. I woke up at approximately 2:20 AM. I have a medical situation that requires my sugar to drop. I should have been better prepared for this situation. However, I went downstairs and requested a glass of orange juice or something out of the locked Gift shop. The night clerks immediately responded ran to the gift shop and retrieved a bottle of orange juice which I made sure she charged to my room. She was more concerned with my situation and to make sure I got what I needed. I can honestly say I was deeply impressed with her urgency and concern. I have stayed at many high-end hotels, However, I have never met with someone with such empathy of an angel. I think the Hotel Management for hiring such a wonderful individual. Troy Martin Room 412
- TTTim TrentFeb 8, 20261.0We was very happy with the location and the hotel was very nice as were the rooms. Our issue began at 930 when a large group of people entered the Suite across the hall from us. It was a party that moved from the bar downstairs, probably 10 people or so. All doors was shut but they was so loud you could hear their conversation clearly. I called the desk and was given the manager, she knew of the party and mentioned they either was or had an association with the General Manager and that they knew better to act that way. It never got any quieter, only more people showed up. One banging on the door yelling room service. I heard a man say, yeah the people across the hall called and complained. Then others said we just need to go get more beer or even a keg. I called the manager again and asked if she told them who complained, she said that she told them that it wasn't the room next to them. I said OK, then what's left other than the room across the hall. She understood her mistake and apologized. We ended up leaving and now waiting 7 to 12 days for a refund from Booking.com. These were professional adults, or appeared to be, that absolutely disguarded all respect for the other tenants. I'm sure any other day or night at this establishment would meet a travelers needs to the utmost fulfillment, it just wasn't our time to enjoy it.
