    Located close to a Pilot and a few fast food restaurants. Friendly staff! We enjoyed the Hot tub & complimentary breakfast. They have an amazing espresso machine that is available24/7.

    We stayed one night at this hotel in the King room with the jacuzzi. The room was very clean, including the jacuzzi and it smelled fresh. Lynn at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. There was a full breakfast from 6 to 9 that included hot food such as eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. Also included small items like pastries. Hotel is in the process of being updated, especially in the lobby area. It is a great value for the money, in my opinion. Free parking and free wifi as well. It's very quiet and a good place to stop right off the interstate on the way to Gatlinburg area. Has many fast food restaurants around the area and sit down restaurants. We will definitely be back.

    Nice hotel. Good complimentary buffet breakfast. I like the coffee machine and waffle maker. Shout out to Lynn, the receptionist who went above and beyond to get me the correct room!

    Bittersweet experience. They staff was incredible. Everyone was accommodating within their means. The main area was clean. The hot tub was not hot and did not function too well. After reporting the issues, maintenance did take care of it pretty quickly. The hotel was "stay able" with a lot of patience. The staff really made it worth it.

    We chose this as a cheaper option than staying right in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The location is great because it is still less than 40 min to Pigeon Forge. It is also close to one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever eaten. The hotel has a great breakfast and amenities like an indoor pool and hot tub. The bed was also very comfortable.
