- AMAdrienne MooreApr 24, 20265.0We had a wonderful experience at Crowne Plaza! We became friends with the bellman, Billy and the front desk worker, Natalie! Top notch personality, super helpful, and super friendly people! Billy helped us to our room late at night and made sure we were safe and sound. Natalie found my daughter’s lost cell phone in the car. You don’t get this kind of service at the Best Western! We loved these people so much, we would love to remain friends and keep up with them! Thank you for all you did to help us! We would definitely stay here again!

Helped us with late night food choices after every thing was closed and helped us navigate DoorDash which was most helpful; she also open left up the snacks .. Jessica certainly deserves a 10plus !!!
- LCLatrena CarterApr 16, 20265.0Really enjoyed my stay here! Had a hiccup when checking in, lady was pretty rude but won't let that take away from my overall experience. Location is beyond perfect! Just minutes from any and everywhere you may need to go! Hotel was clean, rooms were clean, the only downside was our bathroom was tiny! Housekeeping comes daily unless you don't want service. (Housekeepers were all very nice!) Property was quiet besides the occasional bark from a dog. There is a pool, gym, gift shop, bar, and restaurant on the property. They also have a business center but no guest laundry. I definitely recommend this property and we will definitely use this property whenever we're in the area! Also want to acknowledge the front desk associate who does the crocheting..I can't remember her name but she was great! Always had a smile and spoke every time we walked through the lobby! Just a breath of fresh air! 🤗

- PLPreston LucasApr 7, 20261.0I did NOT enjoy my time here. They charge you $25/night for parking. They charge $18 for a fruit platter breakfast that.... Did not have a single soul partaking when I visited. They charge more for the regular continental breakfast other hotels offer for free. I am so sick of hotels taking advantage. Just add the extra $45 to the cost of the ticket so I know up front what I'm paying for. The guy i dealt with on check in had an attitude and he didn't program my cards correctly because I was unable to exit the parking garage. I had to go back inside and have them authorize my room card to allow me to leave the parking garage. There is a bunch of construction around the hotel. There aren't that many places to eat. In the future, i'll patronize another hotel. This place takes advantage of its convenient location and attempts to squeeze every penny from the guest that they can.
