  The hotel is probably the most affordable decent place outside of downtown that's only 5 minutes from downtown Knoxville. This is not a five-star hotel, but it sits at that second tier. You have the .5 tier: these are the motels hotels that you do not want to stay at, you don't want your family staying at, and if you're staying at it something went wrong in your life. Then you got the tier ones and these are the cheap hotels that may or may not be clean the hot water may or may not work etc The lowest rung of the cheap ladder that is at least I'll stay in it cuz there's nothing else. This Best Western is what I call a value at tier 2 it's not a Hampton or a tru but it's what we call GE. It's good enough it's clean enough it's affordable enough and you won't be paying too much. If you want to spend another 40 bucks a night you can bump up to the tier threes which is your good hotels without amenities depending on where you're at. Tier 4 is the downtown hotels You're looking at over $200 a night no matter how you slice it but it's going to be a nice hotel, and tier 5 if you're reading this review you can't afford it because you don't care about the price. So yeah my room was clean I had plenty of towels air conditioner worked didn't find any type of bugs I'm good you will be too.

  I stayed at this hotel from Friday evening to Sunday morning. The staff at the front counter were very nice when we were checking in. The lobby looked good and so did the room me and my mom stayed in. The room was a bit dirty but overall it looked mostly to be clean along with the bathroom. The indoor pool was good even tho it was small and it wasn’t dirty looking at all. Overall my stay was good. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re staying a couple nights.

  We stayed here twice on our trip. Once headed out and once coming back. The front desk clerk was accommodating and personable. She's why we came back. We had a pet and had to stay on pet floor. 1st stay was ok. But 2nd stay we originally had 308 and the pet smell was unbearable. So we changed rooms

  Got this hotel through Expedia while passing thru for one night. We picked it for the reasonable price and because it had an indoor Hot tub. The facilities were decent, the hotel had definitely been remodeled so things were decent but not very nice if that makes sense. Breakfast was nice, waffles, sausage and gravy and the usual continental. My only complaint would be that our room was clearly not vacuumed at all. By the time I noticed, maybe after 20 min of being in my room, I was too exhausted to complain and seek out another room. Other than that, all things were good. Very friendly front desk. Just shocked that my room clearly wasn’t vacuumed at all.
