- EMEllen MDec 28, 20251.0Disgusting and dirty. Our sheets were unwashed even though beds were made. There was caked on food (maybe baby spit up?) and urine stains all over the bed. I was given new sheets (I had to carry them up and make my own new bed) and offered a $20 discount for my troubles. Disgusting place. Do not stay here.

Although the lot was relatively close to the hotel, it did not feel secure, especially at night due to poor visibility and debris, including trash and sharp objects, throughout the area. Despite the hotel not appearing to be anywhere near full capacity, I was informed that no exceptions could be made for oversized vehicles. When I asked to speak with a member of management to better understand the decision, I was told by the front desk staff that “there is no one to help you.” If you have a large vehicle, stay somewhere else.
