- MTMilly T.Aug 30, 20251.0My husband and I travel a lot for work. This has been the first time that we have encountered such horrible service. We initially reserved for 14 days (during those 14 days we went away for 4). When we arrived, our room was not cleaned at all. We opted to take their apologies and didn't leave. We rebooked an additional 7 days and explained that a deep cleaning was needed (clean bathroom, vacuum carpet, change bed sheets). Instead of cleaning, we received bed bug bites all over our bodies and had to rush out of there. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING with their housekeeping!!! RUN!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Didn’t get any room service until the day before check out. Friendly staff though, had some corrosion on the batteries in my remote but they came and fixed it right away. Pool room was nice and warm. Outside patio was very nice with a little yard for your animal to run around.
- FPFrank P.Aug 8, 20255.0We had an excellent stay here in August of 2025. Our room was perfect. I prefer ice cold temperatures, and our room did not disappoint. The mattresses were comfortable. From the ice maker in the fridge to the abundance of outlets, everything worked and worked well. That in and of itself is huge for me. The staff is about the friendliest I have ever experienced at a hotel. Marc and Johnathan were fantastic. The breakfast was also excellent. They even had like a social hour mini-salad bar type setup in the evenings during the week. Coffee and soda were always available, the pool was well-maintained, and when we asked for more towels we came back ‘home’ to a bag stuffed full outside our door. Several years ago we stayed at a competitor, maybe a Something2 in Lehigh Valley PA. That place was basically brand new when we stayed. Make no mistake, it was excellent, and until now I thought it would be the pinnacle of hotel stays for us. Staybridge in Johnson City beat them out, and now reigns supreme as the best extended hotel stay we’ve ever had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.
