  METH PIPE IN MY ROOM. I am on a work trip with my husband fully covered by his company credit card. After an eight hour drive here, I woke up looking for toilet paper because I was left with a half used roll. I opened the drawer to see a meth pipe. I demanded the cops be called and I speak to the general manager. I have never been so shaken up or uncomfortable in my entire life. It could have been my three year old daughter that opened this drawer. This guy at the front desk has been disgustingly rude because I interrupted his breakfast and he had to actually get off his chair and do his job. He told me many times the general manager would be contacting me, yet never did. Your whole staff is a joke with the way they handled this. Maybe have a talk with whoever DIDNT clean rm 319 and let the guy at the front desk know what professional looks like. I’ve worked at an IHG property at the Grand Canyon for nearly ten years and these things don’t “just happen”. Do better.

  My recent experience at stay bridge, was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and basic amenities were severely lacking. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by an unsettling sight of hair on all the towels, and in the shower, and even in the sink. It was apparent that the room had only been half-heartedly cleaned, with remnants of previous guests still visible. We stay in room 412 and the bathroom door does not lock. The floor looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum or mop since the day the building was constructed. Our troubles continued when we called the front desk multiple times for extra sheets and pillows, which were promised but never delivered. We also requested an ironing board, essential for preparing our clothes, yet that too never materialized despite repeated assurances. Considering the exorbitant price we paid for our stay, the state of the room and the lack of service were completely unacceptable. It's unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber to charge premium rates while delivering such substandard conditions. Overall, our stay at stay bridge was a regrettable experience marred by poor hygiene, inadequate service, and an unjustifiably high price tag. I would strongly advise against staying here until they address these fundamental issues. And yes the Elevators inspection was expired.
