- RRRenaeDec 11, 20251.0METH PIPE IN MY ROOM. I am on a work trip with my husband fully covered by his company credit card. After an eight hour drive here, I woke up looking for toilet paper because I was left with a half used roll. I opened the drawer to see a meth pipe. I demanded the cops be called and I speak to the general manager. I have never been so shaken up or uncomfortable in my entire life. It could have been my three year old daughter that opened this drawer. This guy at the front desk has been disgustingly rude because I interrupted his breakfast and he had to actually get off his chair and do his job. He told me many times the general manager would be contacting me, yet never did. Your whole staff is a joke with the way they handled this. Maybe have a talk with whoever DIDNT clean rm 319 and let the guy at the front desk know what professional looks like. I’ve worked at an IHG property at the Grand Canyon for nearly ten years and these things don’t “just happen”. Do better.

We initially reserved for 14 days (during those 14 days we went away for 4). When we arrived, our room was not cleaned at all. We opted to take their apologies and didn't leave. We rebooked an additional 7 days and explained that a deep cleaning was needed (clean bathroom, vacuum carpet, change bed sheets). Instead of cleaning, we received bed bug bites all over our bodies and had to rush out of there. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING with their housekeeping!!! RUN!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
- TYTaLisha YoungAug 25, 20253.0Great location, hot food for breakfast is not very desirable. The drink machines had watered down tasting juices and coke machine not stocked. Didn’t get any room service until the day before check out. Friendly staff though, had some corrosion on the batteries in my remote but they came and fixed it right away. Pool room was nice and warm. Outside patio was very nice with a little yard for your animal to run around.
