Bathtub/shower was not draining correctly in room 417 which you were standing in water taking a shower.. Also flusher on toilet had to be held down. Some Stations on tv were not coming in Service and staff were great.

They offer a nice reception time on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings which includes adult beverages and guests may have 2 drinks. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. The shower head had the rain feature and the water pressure was great.

We spent 40 nights traveling up and down the east coast and stayed at numerous accommodations. This was our best experience at ANY hotel (IHG or other). Liz, Katie, and Bethany made the difference. The room may not have been 100% perfect but this team of professionals made any shortcomings invisible because of their great service. This is the only 5/5 of any IHG hotel stay and the rest of the IHG family could learn a lot from them.
