- RSRandall Stephens3 days ago5.0Since I’m alway traveling, I stay at a lot of Holiday Inns and this one, our family had to stay at for almost a month cause of housing and my job. The staff was beyond polite and got to where they recognized us when we would leave and come back or when we were at breakfast. The folks here became friends and they recognized me cause of my black cowboy hat. Honestly, I loved staying here and even with a busy staff, it was nice to know I could help out when something came up and they were happy to help us out when we cleaned our room ourselves. Also being part of IHG, always a win!
- CCColleen CenicerosDec 28, 20253.0Was not greeted friendly when checked in. Paid almost $200 each for two rooms. My room was clean for the most part except for the mold in the windows. When we went to open our rooms the key cards would not work on both rooms I went and had them rekeyed and one of the rooms she had been written down with the wrong room number on the key card sleeve. The shower door has finger prints all over it. My door to my room was not secure you can just push it open from the outside. Lucky I didn't need to leave my room and could secure from the inside. I also mentioned to the front desk that I was a rewards member she made it clear that it wouldn't make a difference on the rate very sternly.
