We originally had a business reservation that needed to be canceled when the other party canceled, and even though it was the same day, the staff was incredibly kind and allowed us to cancel without any hassle. They were quick, professional, and very understanding over the phone. Later that day we needed to book another room. Only double queens were showing as available, but when my husband arrived to check in, the staff surprised us by upgrading him to a suite at no extra charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. I also needed the invoice immediately for billing purposes, and the front desk associate (I believe her name was Alex) was incredibly quick and helpful getting it to me without delay. Overall, the staff went above and beyond with kindness, flexibility, and professionalism. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

I don't love the mattresses they're kind of hard, maybe some mattress toppers would help. We will be back though 100%.
