Everyone here is so nice, the only reason it gets a four star instead of five is that the rooms could be a little cleaner. The issue seems to stem from high traffic rather than neglect, although a little more vacuuming would be appreciated. With that said, this is a highly trafficked Holiday Inn due to its location by the interstate. Richard says he can only imagine it takes a lot of upkeep to do what they do. This is one of our favorite IHG due to the staff here. Overall, it’s clean and usually quiet. I will say it does have top-tier friendly staff among IHGs. Ya know when we are strung out from working away from home what means the most are a clean room, and a friendly face. 5/5 firm pillows. Happy Richard 🦛 🛏️
