The refrigerator in our room was broken. I asked for it to be replaced but that didn't happen. 2. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. 3. Two of the exercise machines would not power on. The staff member I encountered could not help. 4. The laundry equipment was out of order. 5. The window shade in the room would not go up and had holes in it. 6. Beds were not comfortable. Did not sleep well. 7. The pillows had no support. Your head sinks. You have to double it over for any support. Very disappointing stay.

- GWGlenda WestAug 29, 20251.0I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. My husband even called the hotel management to complain and wanted a refund to find another hotel. They told him they would contact the front desk and they would get back with him. Nope, they never did. We had a 3 night horrible experience stay here. The ac unit is so loud and kept wanting to go to heat if you tried to turn in down so you won’t freeze. The window pull down shade was broken with holes all in it. The shower tile was cracked so much and moldy on the bottom corners. For what you pay here, it’s not a fair price. Find a decent hotel other than Holiday Inn Express. They are old outdated and will not get back with unhappy guests after you’ve paid them.
