- NJNancy JohnsonFeb 5, 20265.0Came to area to attend funeral. Entire staff so nice. The breakfast food is hot, good and clean area. Lady attending the breakfast area even alerted me when she noticed my spouse with dementia wandering off. Room service made sure we had clean towels daily and clerks at front desk very friendly and helpful. We even left a bag of our laundry and they called as soon as found when leaning room. Will stay again if in area.
- TTTessaDec 29, 20251.0Our room clearly had a water leak on the second floor that caused mold on the ceiling and wall. Instead of replacing the dry wall, they painted over it (and did a bad job at that). With a son who has severe allergies and asthma, this could kill someone with his condition. We took plenty of photos. Room 219. Breakfast didn't have any fruit, not fresh, not even packaged, and the eggs were pre made omelettes with peppers and onions, that my kids wouldn't eat. The coffee, however, was delicious and I loved that they had packaged milk. At one point we accidentally spilled half a cup of coffee and we immediately started to clean it up, when a worker came running with a towel to help. We assured her it was our fault and we would do it, but she insisted and didn't make us feel bad. At 11pm at night some drink was banging on our door, which woke me and scared my 3 young children. As a holiday inn Express member, the condition of this hotel definitely does not meet the expectations of IHG
