    I lived at this hotel, with my two dogs while my house was being built. I was able to work remote from my room and eat breakfast daily. There was a walking path across the street to take my dogs and many food choices in the surrounding area. My room was very generous in size and amenities, but most importantly, clean. The staff was professional, friendly and most of all kind. Every member I came in contact with asked if I needed anything. The hospitality was genuine and I cannot say enough good things about my stay. These ladies - Patti, Annette, Ashley, Sue, Star, Janet, Carolyn, Jancy and Raven, made me feel like family and I truly appreciated it.

    I have stayed at this hotel many times but am finding such a rude attitude from staff. Instead of fixing problems, we were asked if we would like to check out! Pool was under maintenance No idea when it will be working. Didn’t get my room cleaned on my designated housekeeping day. Told they would look into it. Never got it cleaned the following day either. Only got housekeeping once and half cleaning once during my 7 necessitating us to try to get them retwice. Looking for a different place to stay next time. Sad. We had much better stays prior to 2025.

    We stay here often. Front desk is great but breakfast area and coffee service was awful this time. The breakfast selections were lacking. They were out of some cereal, oatmeal and yogurt. On one morning only had leftover western omelettes which looked like they were cooked the day before. We have stayed all over the US at Hampton inn and never had such a horrible experience with breakfast and coffee service.

    Though check-in was at 4 pm; did not get the room until 6 pm. What made it worse - No words apologies from the front desk or manager. Didn’t look like they cared! To be fair room and facilities were good. Location is good. But not having room available for 2 hours after check-in time threw a wrench in our plans. I wouldn’t stay here again for sure!

    I have stayed at many hotels & was so happy to see the pictures online were true!! The cleanliness & service was one of the best I have experienced! Everything is well maintained! Breakfast was amazing & had so many options. The pool was nice & warm for you to swim. The fitness center was perfect also. Loved the space & lobby making it great to gather with family outside of your room.
