We stayed here for six nights during the 2026 Nashville Ice Storm when we lost power at our home, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to ride out such a stressful and unexpected displacement.
From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly accommodating and kind, not just to us, but to our dog as well. They gave us a welcome goodie bag and even had one prepared for our pup, which meant so much during a tough week. Over the course of our stay, the team really got to know us by face and consistently checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We even received periodic check-in texts from staff asking how things were going, which was such a thoughtful touch. They had a fully stocked pantry with various snacks, medicines, and personal care items. They were even able to provide me with a premium shower cap for free.
The free breakfast each morning had great variety and was genuinely filling, with smoked maple sausage, omelets, home fries, waffles, and all the usual continental options. The woman who managed the breakfast area was especially kind and welcoming, and we looked forward to seeing her each morning.
The hotel itself has excellent shared spaces beyond the rooms, including a very nice pool area, a business lounge, and a large open quiet space with comfortable couches where you can read or relax. The location is also top tier, within a mile of Aldi, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and many restaurants, which made storm-week logistics much easier.
Our room was large, clean, comfortable, and well stocked, with a large bathroom area, multiple seating options, and a desk. The TVs supported all the major streaming apps and automatically signed us out at checkout, which I appreciated. The WiFi was also consistently dependable, which mattered a lot during our extended stay.
Even though this hotel is only about 20 minutes from our home, the experience was so positive that we would absolutely consider coming back for a staycation in the future.
Truly a wonderful, comfortable, and well-run place, and we’re very grateful for how well we were cared for during a really difficult week. Thank you to the whole team!

I lived at this hotel, with my two dogs while my house was being built. I was able to work remote from my room and eat breakfast daily. There was a walking path across the street to take my dogs and many food choices in the surrounding area. My room was very generous in size and amenities, but most importantly, clean. The staff was professional, friendly and most of all kind. Every member I came in contact with asked if I needed anything. The hospitality was genuine and I cannot say enough good things about my stay. These ladies - Patti, Annette, Ashley, Sue, Star, Janet, Carolyn, Jancy and Raven, made me feel like family and I truly appreciated it.
