We invite you to enjoy our brand new facility conveniently located directly off interstate 65. The Holiday Inn Express Goodlettsville is only 19 miles away from Nashville International Airport and 12 miles from downtown Nashville. Our hotel is in a convenient location for your family to experience a Titans game or concert at Nissan Stadium and a Predators game at Bridgestone arena. Local shopping can be found within two miles at the Rivergate Mall, or 14 miles at Opry Mills. Many companies call this area home, such as Tyson, Dollar General, Des Case, Associated Wholesale Grocers, and STR North America. Such companies are all within 10 miles of our hotel.
All of our rooms are equipped with a 49 inch HD TV with expandable HD cable channels, as well as multi device charging stations at the desk and nightstands. The work desk has an ergonomic chair, along with a chaise lounge chair for comfort. A microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, alarm clock and an in-room safe can be found in all guest rooms. There is also a luggage bench for guest convenience. Included in our rate is high-speed wireless internet access and complimentary Express Start Breakfast featuring a hot and cold station along with make your own pancakes. The room was clean when we arrived, the lady working the evening shift at check in was very friendly and welcoming. She even gave us a room upgrade. There are some amenities very close by and others within a few mins drive. The turn off for me was that I had to beg to have our room cleaned. They would come in and just change out towels and call it good. I was asking for crumbs to be vacuumed up and it took 3 days of asking. We also had a heater in the room that was crazy loud. It would wake you up in the night when it turned on. We did use the pool and it was warm but the area around it wasn’t very clean. The breakfast was your typical holiday inn breakfast. Well stocked and the food was hot.

We have stayed here many times and our stay is always a good experience. Staff is friendly, but most importantly the rooms are CLEAN!

Breakfast included was ok, a little dry, options: turkey sausage, pork sausage, egg omelettes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, juice, bagels/bread, make your own pancakes, cinnamon roll, bananas and oranges, fresh bean coffee machine (WOW). Few negatives: 1. We had 2 queens for our family, one of the fitted sheets was stained so we asked for another fitted sheet. We were brought fitted and flat sheet, and pillowcases. The quality control falls on the laundry service company not the housekeeper. 2. The heater was so loud so my hubby and I didn’t sleep much. It was so bad I could hear through ear plugs. Room 227.

It was a cold night and we had to turn the heat much higher than normal to get it to kick on and then had to get up and turn it down. There was a broken table in the room with the top lying in the floor. Coffee maker didn't work and the coffee had not been restocked. Staff appeared to be wearing pajamas. When did this become acceptable? Breakfast - well, the coffee was actually decent. When i opened the egg container, the smell knocked me over. Ugh. They seemed to be in one big chunk that was partially smashed up. I ate a couple of pancakes and a spongy sausage and let it go at that. Hadn't been at a Holiday Inn in years and likely won't be back again.
