  The air conditioner made a sound like someone operating an electric can opener continuously. I had to turn it off but there was still a mechanical noise all night (from the AC next door?). There were tiles that had fallen off around the shower and laying on the floor. We got in so late with exhausted kids that we just dealt with the issues overnight. In the morning when checking out, I told the front desk of the issues. The woman who I told wrote it down for repair but was not apologetic or concerned in any way otherwise. There was no offer of compensation for the poor night's sleep. Breakfast was fine and their coffee machine that makes you a fresh cup in the lobby was very nice.

  Stayed here several times. The AC unit is ridiculously loud and wakes you up during the night. They also clearly don't change the air filters regularly, because I started sneezing whenever it came on.

  The hotel itself was very nice. The room was in great shape, bed comfortable, shower/bathroom clean and the breakfast was good. The only negative experience was the day prior to my reservation I tried to call the hotel about 15 or 20 times and even emailed...I got no answers. I needed to cancel the reservation (a specific instance where I needed to speak with the hotel manager). I called IGH Customer Service and even they could not get an answer from the hotel... So I had to keep the reservation which screwed up some family plans. During my stay at the hotel I grabbed a business card with the number if anyone needs it.

  The room was fine and clean enough, but the AC/heater sounded like it was trying to take off. It woke me up all night like I had front-row seats to an airport runway. The shower had black mold around the edges, which was not part of the décor I was hoping for. Breakfast had a good selection, but everything was barely warm. Not hot, not cold… just emotionally warm. The in-room coffee maker didn’t work, so they replaced it with another one that also didn’t work. At that point I realized this hotel and coffee were simply not meant to be. I gave up and moved on. The place has potential, but between the jet-engine AC, surprise mold, warm-ish breakfast, and the double-failure coffee situation, this stay kept things interesting.

  For nearly three years, this place has felt like my second home. I’ve seen people come and go, but the heart of this hotel has always been the staff. No matter the shift or the hour, they showed up with kindness, professionalism, and a level of care that made every stay feel familiar and comfortable. From quick check-ins to longer conversations after a long day, those moments mattered more than anyone probably realizes. What really stands out is how consistent and dependable this team is. That kind of service doesn’t just happen. It comes from people who take pride in their work and genuinely care about the experience they’re giving guests. It’s the reason I kept coming back, and the reason this place stands out from so many others. Also, best corporate rate around! I still stay in touch with some former staff, and that says a lot about the kind of people who work here and the culture that keeps them connected even after they move on. I’m truly going to miss everyone here. Thank you for the warmth, the reliability, and the effort you put into making a hotel feel like home. This team is special, and they deserve to be recognized and valued for the work they do.
