Great location with amenities all around for shopping and eating. We have stayed here now twice, the only complaint I have is that they do not serve breakfast and the food pantry is way over priced.

Don’t stay here. My boyfriend has stayed here a handful of times (probably 6) & has never had a problem until now. Don’t try accessing the side doors because it’s a hit or miss if they’ll work and unlock that day. The bottom side doors SLAM HARD even by you simply shutting the door. My boyfriend got a noise complaint about slamming doors which we didn’t do! Also about noise is the stairwell… which was me & I wasn’t doing anything crazy. Why are the walls so thin to the point you can hear everything? I can literally hear every word of a conversation you’re having in your room by walking by in the hallway. He got kicked out the next morning without a warning/call … maybe because the front desk lady was asleep that night…while on the job. The manger checked the cameras and saw us… but you would’ve also saw that I wasn’t even staying there. A hotel we do recommend is the Courtyard… the front desk ladies know him & have never had an issue with him! They don’t have thin walls… it might cost more but definitely won’t run into issues. Also the Candlewood is mostly used for blue collar workers that work out of state/town. There’s also a front desk man that has a bad attitude and needs some training in hospitality.

Love Candlewood. Wanted to book here but the Gentleman on the phone said they didn't take CLC. Shame because there are 60 of us who aren't staying there because of that.

The bed was super comfortable Negative: Super noisy, the ppl above us did rearrange the furniture and you could hear every step they made. The room beside us had a group of girls which were super loud at 2.30am. Very thin walls, no noise regulations. You litterly could hear everything.

Unfortunately, this hotel was not up to par with what we are accustomed to from an IHG property. The housekeeper on the 4th floor on 6/19 and the Daytime front desk staff were lovely. However, the kid working the desk in the evening of the 18th is unlike I have ever seen. He should not be in hospitality. From the time we arrived he was condescending, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. He rattled off random rules like "The pool closes at 745, You must be 21 to use the gym, don't use the elevator during the thunderstorm I don't feel like dealing with y'all getting stuck in there tonight." I had to sleep on the floor due to my own error in booking a king room with three kids. He refused to give me more than one blanket to sleep on the floor with. He looked me right in the eye and told me there were no more blankets in the entire hotel. He's a terrible liar. I told him multiple times I was sleeping on the floor. He did not care. I finally asked for four sheets to make it a little more comfortable. There was no offer for a cot, no offer for anything. Furthermore, the latch on the room door didn't feel secure when I locked it. The hole in the door frame was cut out. I didn't feel safe being alone with the children with this type of problem. We cancelled our next night and moved hotels.
