Dried up eggs and rock hard biscuits is what you get. The coffee pot by the office has a line around the corner every morning. Don't be fooled by the inflated prices. This place is the worse!!

Room did not get to temp and make sure you have your own extra pillows because they sure aren't given any extra out! We stayed for 2 days and 1st morning of waking up was because one of housekeepers were trying to barge in our room! Thank goodness for extra door lock! She spoke no English so I guess she couldn't read the DO NOT DISTURB sign. Its sad to spend that much money and you can't even get a good night's rest without being bothered! Especially given the location of the hotel!!

When we had an issue with hot water on Friday, the staff member we spoke with at the front counter was responsive, and the problem did get fixed that evening. That said, the stay itself was just okay. The beds were not very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Breakfast was acceptable, but the biscuits were extremely hard—almost inedible. Overall, the customer service was great, but the room comfort and amenities fell short.
