- CPCrissy PopeFeb 25, 20261.0We stayed for a weekend that did have snow our heating went out at 3 am so we called the "Emergancy After hours Number" and was told to bad nothing they could do. So the next day which was check out day after we had spend the night freezing with 40 degree cabin temp they text me offer a free night rental which we had already left with no power still and no calls from anyone asking if where ok.... when I told them no thanks for the free night and what had occurred the office person then tells me how it was all my fault....so PLEASE NOTE if something goes wrong you will receive no help from HEARTLAND CABIN RENTALS!

- DLDouglas LaytonSep 24, 20161.0Reserved a cabin for our honeymoon. 10 days before we were to arrive, Heartland cancelled our reservations. No effort was made to make other accommodations beyond offering us another cabin that wasn't nearly as nice. I was told "we aren't even required to give you a refund" which is when I stopped arguing with them about the contract and decided to wait for my money to be refunded. I would be very very careful with this company, they put some major stress on us immediately before the biggest event of our lives and in my opinion, didn't make an attempt to make it right.
