Love this hotel it has great views n dog n kid friendly. Everything u want in a hotel. Live music, 2 water sides, 2 or 3 restaurants to eat n get drinks from, corn hole n fire pit. N the best part the beds r king size in the double bed rooms n they r actually really comfortable. I got lots of good rest before we hit the town the next day. Definitely will be returning someday.

We had stayed at this hotel before almost 9 months ago, then we returned, we had booked through a third-party and upon arrival we received their old rooms that were getting ready to be renovated & replacing with new furniture. The room furniture was extremely inappropriate from my taste and we had such a very beautiful room on our last visit and the service was very, very nice. I expected the same thing at this point. I was unhappy and we went down to the front desk. My husband and I explained to them and showed them pictures of our room furniture that was not up to part of a 4 or 5 star hotel. My husband and I did not even unpack. We went back downstairs to the front desk and the front desk clerk Matthew was so understanding he changed our room to a suite with a city view, he did not charge us for the overstay. He made sure that we were happy and the furniture was like brand new and he accommodated us and gave us a complementary unlimited dinner for 2 at their in-house restaurant without any hesitation. They definitely accommodated us and we were happy for the entire rest of our vacation stay I will recommend this hotel to anyone. It is our favorite and we love the staff here. We thank you, Matthew because you jump right into action, you understood our concern concerns you showed compassion and understanding and the service Was a five star thank you. We shall return on another vacation stay And we shall not do it through a third-party anymore.

Been here several times throughout the years, first time having this bad experience. Rooms sink was leaking very badly. Had to call 3 times for more blankets and waited 4 hours to actually get them. Got locked outside at one point and had to walk around the building in 30 degree weather. And we avoided the pool due to kids playing in pool and getting rough and hitting other people. Also trees around pool have lost almost all their leaves and look really weird.

Hotel is super unique. The shape is round and basically hollowed out on the middle with the rooms on the outside edge. So every room has a balcony. I stayed for a band convention and it was super packed. The hotel is on top of a hill and not easy to walk to, however a shuttle service was provided to get people from the hotel and downtown which was super helpful. The ballrooms and convention spaces were really nice and spacious. The pool had a water slide and looked really fun. The room didn't have a microwave but it had one outside the elevator on my floor. The bathroom was super small. The toilet and shower space had barely enough room to close the door, with the sink on the outside with plenty of room and counter space. The balcony was spacious and had a great view.
