  We checked in and went to check the room out 1st thing we seen was stink bugs on the ceiling then lady bugs/ Chinese Beatles all over the tables and windows inside the room the room was dirty as if it had not been touched in a long time the guy at the desk told us to check another room and it was worse then he tried refusing to cancel our room we ask him to call the manager and he said she’s at home I can’t call her so we said ok we will call corporate we went to the car and made the call and before we where done explaining to corporate within 3 minutes he was out there say his manager told him to go ahead and cancel it witch tells me they didn’t want any issues with corporate

  Elevator vibrated the whole room every time it was called , pancake machine broken, ice machine broken. Have stayed here before and didn’t have these issues. Would probably stay again at the price point, but would not stay in this suite again due to the elevator vibrating the entire room nonstop starting at around 6am

  Checked in thinking everything would be normal with what we booked. 1 room with a king sized bed, but got a room with 2 queen beds. Showed the staff what we had booked on our phone and they couldn’t accommodate us with what WE booked. The hotel listed that it was non-smoking and the halls where our room was had smelled like weed. The beds were very stiff and hard to sleep on. When we asked about a refund for the terrible accommodations the morning we were checking out, nobody knew what we were talking about. No communication between staff to help us sort this out and still waiting to hear from them about compensation in some capacity. Will not be returning.

  Wife and I stayed here a couple of times and it's nice enough. Rooms are fairly clean. I do wish they were a little cleaner for my taste, but that's just me being a little picky. Both times we stayed we weren't provided with bar soap. Could have asked for it at the time, but we were so exhausted from driving I didn't feel like contacting someone for a bar of soap. Front staff is nice when checking you in. And have had no issues. As always be aware of the bears around the area as you will be told. We've had them hanging out when we stayed.
