The mattress and pillows are old and smell awful. I'm going to post some pictures so you can see the conditions. I do not recommend this hotel.

- AEAyres EscanDec 24, 20251.0The hotel in reality is less then what you expect from the booking. Tiny lobby, elevator level from garage only, rooms accessed from outside like a motel. If you are ok with Marijuana smell it is ok, otherwise think twice staying there. I have kids and made a complain to the front desk, but the lady didn't care to fix it (supposedly smoke free hotel). Lastly, the food is replenished by 15 min before the end time, so get early, the line for the single pancake maker is long. I don't recommend this hotel.
- ALApril LaneyDec 20, 20251.0BED BUGS!! We booked a room for 1 night on our way through and highly regretted it. The rooms at first looked good when first walking in. Looked like they were remodeled. You walk into the bathroom and there’s black mold and mildew all over the ceiling and walls. Thankfully it was only 1 night so we dealt with it since it was not refundable. The next morning as we were packing up I was looking for my grandsons pacifier in the bed him and my daughter slept in and noticed what looked like a bug on the pillow. I turned the light on to get a better look and sure enough it was a bug. My gut told me it was a bed bug but I’ve never seen one in person. My son googled it and sure enough that’s what it looked like. Thankfully we kept our luggage zipped up the whole time we were there unless needing something out of it but we had to go through our stuff and shake everything out just to make sure because I didn’t want to risk it. Will NEVER stay again or recommend to anyone! Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Would give zero stars if I could
