This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We booked an apartment for 4 people with a view, but instead were placed in a first-floor unit facing the parking lot. The apartment was extremely dirty, the bathroom, kitchen, couch were completely dirty with stains. There was visible mold in the bathtub, which is completely unacceptable.
The bedroom and bed were extremely small, forcing my husband to sleep on the sofa because there was not enough space for two adults. When we asked to be moved to a larger unit or even a standard room with a king bed (especially since we came with a 2 year old), the staff refused and told us we would have to pay the full price again to “upgrade”. The hotel had 3 available units with king bed online, yet they still refused to move us. Those units remained empty for the entire week of our stay. We had no issue paying extra! I simply don’t understand the hotel’s policy or the way they treat and disrespect their guests.

We had a nice loft, since it was a time share based property and although we were guests, we got the usual song and dance to see the program. After driving 11 hours to get to the property, having to listen to the pre-sakes pitch to get our parking pass was a bit much. I was losing my patience.
Unfortunately, although in the peaceful mountains, the garbage dumpster pick-up at 4:20-4:30 am every morning was awful. We actually left a day early because of it.

The one bedroom chalet was great. Everything you need is provided except for hand soap and an extra blanket. I will say I did not use the washing machine as it did have black mold on the door gasket, probably from other travelers using it and not leaving it open to dry. Its like being in a tree house. The TV in our bedroom did not work

Ok rooms. The resort is nothing special but it's clean enough. The welcome center staff is awful, extremely rude and disrespectful. Also despite us already paying for the package we found it when we showed up that we had to attend A SECOND MEETING. And they insisted it be in the middle of the day. Our car ended up needing repairs the day of the meeting Try to call them to reschedule the meeting and at 11 AM on a Monday.I can't get a hold of any staff at that resort. Absolute circus of o resort, absolute disgrace of a company.Avoid bluegreen at all costs

We stayed in a one-bedroom chalet on the mountainside, and absolutely loved it. The balcony offered a beautiful view, and the chalet had a small kitchen equipped with everything we needed. There were two large TVs — one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The living room also had an electric fireplace with a timer, which made the space extra cozy.
The bed was very comfortable, and additional blankets were provided. The bathroom was small but perfectly sufficient for us.
The clubhouse is spacious and has both an indoor and outdoor pool, plus two hot tubs nearby. There’s also a mini-golf course, which was a fun bonus. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Highly recommend!
