My wife and I came here for my honeymoon and we were absolutely ecstatic about this trip. I heard this resort was incredibly nice, and was very excited that it was also a Hilton resort. Upon arrival, everything was great! The staff was very nice and check in was very fast. We stayed in one of the townhouses, specifically 153B. Upon our first 10 minutes in the townhouse, we noticed that either our neighbors were incredibly loud or the walls were paper thin. We didn’t really pay this much mind as we would be gone most of the time anyway. We really noticed this issue when we were woken up at 6AM consistently to our neighbors going up and down the steps. It was INCREDIBLY loud and made it very difficult to sleep. We endured two nights of this before complaining. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating and even moved us to a different room, inside building #11. Prior to this move, we were going to check out early and just call the trip a wash. Shortly after our arrival from eating dinner, we noticed that there was poop smashed on, and between the cushions of the couch we were relaxing on for the past hour. We packed our things and left immediately. After reporting this to guest services, they offered to have housekeeping come and clean the couch but we were too disgusted to continue staying in the room. I appreciate all of the accommodations from the hotel, and the staff. But this was truly a nightmare. I cannot recommend this place to anyone after what we have experienced here.

Slept like I was on a cloud, this was the best one since we went to big bear in Missouri, the staff in office gets a long & there Is cohesive teamwork. Not once did anyone say, That's not my job" they were amazing! Rooms great, had to borrow a blender from the front office, but not a big deal.
The floors in the condo (225)however were so dirty. I cleaned the kitchen floor with Clorox wipes after noticing my husband feet were black lol. Then wiped off residual with paper towels & it was still black. Not a huge deal, I clean. However, housekeeping showed up with zero mops on check out. Just FYI. Would still come back loved out stay.

One of the groundskeepers repeatedly kept blowing my vehicle with his gas blower. There was nobody around me, more than half the parking lot was empty. and he had no reason to do what he did, it looked very intentional.

1 BR Deluxe, kitchen very small, big enough for 1 person. Refrigerator and stove close, cannot open the oven door very far. No broom/dust pan. Very limited kitchen ware. 1 medium frying pan (no lid), 1 2qt sauce pan. Cooking utensils leave alot to be desired.
