  Stayed as a guest of a friend in the townhomes near the main building. They were in a presidential. Both accommodations were incredible! The views were amazing.

  We really enjoyed this place. There was several things to do here such as putput, heated pools, shuffle board, and they had a few daily activities. Close to town, both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. So you can shop, eat, go to shows. Rooms were pretty nice, we had a shared door. So one room was a full kitchen and king bed and the other was a full bed and mini kitchen.

  Arrived Friday when the storm hit. My wife and I walked to the food lion on Saturday. It’s Sunday now and thinking about heading out. Thanks to the staff that stayed here for three days and made sure our stay was as safe as comfy.

  Roach infested! I am writing to formally complain about a deeply disturbing experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your property. My wife, our children, and I checked into Room 512 after calling ahead to request Building 8, as we were told it was renovated. Upon arrival, the front desk informed us that we could not be placed in Building 8 and that management claimed Building 5 was also renovated, which we later discovered was not true. Although we were disappointed, we initially chose not to escalate the matter. Shortly after checking in, it became evident that the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was filthy, and the shower curtain was visibly dirty. When my wife contacted the front desk, housekeeping only replaced the curtain rather than addressing the overall cleanliness of the room. The most alarming incident occurred the following evening after we returned from a long day on the strip. We had brought food back to our room and placed it on the stove. While my wife was eating from one of the containers, I noticed a roach crawling inside the food. I immediately alerted her, but she had already consumed it. As a result, she became ill and refused to eat for the remainder of our trip. We reported this to the manager on duty, who showed no concern, empathy, or urgency despite my wife being visibly upset and unwell. The only thing offered was tickets to an attraction, which did nothing to address the seriousness of the situation and were later given away. What was even more disappointing is that no one followed up with us after this incident. Instead, the next interaction we had was housekeeping knocking on our door to inform us it was time to check out. This experience reflects an unacceptable level of cleanliness, honesty, and guest care, particularly for a Hilton property. We specifically asked—and even pleaded—for a clean and safe room for our family, yet were placed in what turned out to be the dirtiest and most neglected building. In all my years of traveling, I have never experienced treatment this unfair or conditions this unsanitary. I do not feel that this stay met Hilton’s brand standards in any way.
