    The bathroom floor was visibly dirty, and fruit flies were everywhere in the kitchen. When I reported it the next day (check out), the front desk offered no apology—just, “Hmm, I’ll let housekeeping know.” On October 27 at 8:15 p.m., the hotel called my phone for a sales attempt and immediately hung up when I said “no thanks,” before I got to explain why (issues above). Unsanitary conditions and dismissive service are unacceptable; I won’t be returning... ever.
