I have it a 4 star because they charge you for parking! Other than that the service was amazing! Rooms were great! We were in room 431 so the picture is from the balcony!! As you can see beautiful views!

I called ahead to make sure the indoor pool was not out of service before arrival. The lady assured me it was up and running. I Checked in and a note was on the pool door stating it was closed due to an issue. My kid was SO disappointed. I would not have chosen this hotel if that was the case. There were zero towels at the hot tub and I had to try and find some. The hotel room had hairs in the bathroom and bed....gross!
