The grounds and lobby area are beautiful! I always love staying in an Embassy Suites, but this room was not as enjoyable. More modern room layout than the traditional Embassy room we're used to. The sliding barn door between the master bedroom and bathroom door does not offer much privacy, light control, or noise control in the bedroom. The other door in the bedroom leading to the living room did not do a good job keeping light and noise from the living room from being heard and seen in the bedroom when closed. The a/c vent in the bedroom was so powerful that I had to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed to get away from the air flow. It was like having a fan blowing air directly into my face. I won't be staying at this Embassy again.

We stayed in a one-bedroom king suite that was spacious and clean. The room was well stocked with towels and bedding for the sofa bed, though space was limited once it was opened. The bathroom has a sliding door without a lock, which may impact privacy for some.
The hotel was clean with easy parking ($15 nightly fee), and the front desk staff was welcoming. We loved the amenities — hot tubs, outdoor water slides, and an indoor pool. Our balcony overlooked the pool area, and the overall aesthetic gave a nice resort feel. The location was convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, about a mile from the main strip with plenty of shops and attractions nearby.
Breakfast was included, which we appreciated; however, it was lacking compared to other Embassy Suites by Hilton locations we’ve stayed at. The cooked-to-order egg station had a long wait, even though it wasn’t very busy.

We stayed for the first time this weekend at this hotel and Tony, our front desk attendant was the kindest person we have ever met to be honest. Also a great representation of the area and the smokies. We were nervous and he had such a good energy and was overall very kind and attentive. I will be staying here again as soon as I can! Thank you 😊

We just stayed for 6 nights and the whole stay was Amazing! We extended our stay and did have to switch rooms, but both rooms were very nice and very clean. I actually like the second room better even with it being alittle smaller. The 2nd room (king studio) view we had from the balcony was so nice by a stream. Breakfast was Very yummy with Alot of different options and they even had a evening reception that offered 2 free drinks and some small finger foods. The location was perfect, right outside of the busy downtown area of Gatlinburg. They have beautiful courtyard areas to just sit and relax. Everyone was so polite, kind, and very professional! We will Definitely be back!

Great place to stay. From the front desk, to the cooks, bartenders, cleaning ladies, and everyone else, you feel at home. Friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jennifer Saunders for having everything we needed as far as food and beverages go and always helping out on anything we needed! Cudos to the whole team!!!!
