First time staying here and I am very picky about where I stay! Rooms were immaculate, big, and had an amazing view to the outside area. I will say just be careful at night in the parking lot there are bears. Breakfast was amazing, super friendly staff everywhere we went. We did have our pup with us and they were nice and accommodating. Next time I come back to Gatlinburg, I will be staying here.

We were initially very pleased with several aspects of our visit—the room was spacious, the breakfast was excellent, and the added upgrade for being Hilton Honors members was a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the comfort of the beds significantly impacted our experience. After the first night, we found the mattresses to be extremely firm—so much so that we experienced considerable discomfort in our backs, necks, and shoulders. We spoke with the front desk staff, who informed us that all the beds were the same but offered additional mattress pads to help. We used four pads the following night, but they did little to improve the situation.
In a final attempt to find relief, we tried the pull-out mattress, only to discover a dead bug on the mattress cover. At that point, we made the difficult decision to cut our trip short and drive five hours back home rather than endure another painful night.
We’re planning another visit to Gatlinburg soon, but given this experience, we’re hesitant to book with Embassy Suites again.

This place does not live up to the Embassy brand. Outdoor area is nice but interior, rooms and service do not meet the quality I have come to expect from Embassy. Arrived in town with friends who stayed at the Hampton Inn next door. I did not have a vehicle to park at Embassy. Received my bill and there was a parking charge, thinking this was a mistake I called to have it corrected and was told by the rude lady at the front desk “you should have told us you didn’t have a car, I can’t help you. “
Rooms are bland and feel like no thought was put into decoration or layout. I love every embassy I stay at, first time ever I was let down.

This property has sooo much potential and could be the best Hilton in Gatlinburg. However, the front desk leaves a lot to be desired as they were not as friendly and bubbly as I trained agents to be when I directed operations from Hilton. On a brighter note, the room was cleaned and the ladies servicing the breakfast area was very friendly and inviting! Returning soon with a big group and may give this property another chance.

Stayed at the new ES in Gatlinburg, TN for a short visit.
The staff is very cordial and helpful. We opted to stay an extra day, which they accommodated.
The happy hour with drinks and snacks was a delight. And their breakfast was the best we've had at a hotel in all our travels.
The hotel itself is designed conveniently around their features . . restaurants and an indoor swimming pool. And the two outdoor fire pits offer a relaxing place to meet others from around the country.
