On December 28, 2025, around 8:00 PM, my family and I (4 adults and 4 children) were traveling from North Carolina to the Smoky Mountains TN. After a long drive, we had great difficulty finding hotel accommodations and were going door to door trying to find a room. Embassy Suites was our last stop, hoping someone could help us.
At the front desk, we were warmly assisted by Kaylee, who was working at the check-in/check-out counter. I explained our situation to her, and despite the late hour and how busy things were, Kaylee took the time to help us. She showed genuine care, professionalism, and kindness, and she was able to find a room for our family.
Her excellent customer service truly made a stressful situation much easier and turned our trip into a positive and memorable experience. Kaylee represents the Hilton brand exceptionally well, and her dedication deserves recognition.
Because of this wonderful experience, we will be choosing Hilton and Embassy Suites as our preferred hotels going forward and plan to become Hilton Honors members.
Thank you for employing such caring and professional staff. Please extend our heartfelt appreciation to Kaylee for going above and beyond.

Embassy Suites HIlton (4 star) hotel accommodated us and our cat when we were not allowed to check in w a cat at Margaritaville (3 star hotel). We were left without a family suite on holiday vacation trip. Shana was amazing and so kind. Quick checkin after stressful experience. She kept checking on us during our stay.
Rooms were well appointed, clean, and soaps amazing. Love firepits and pools. Store was well stocked. Nice views out balconies. Love the location away from the mass crowds. Family friendly yet romantic and well appointed for couples.
Bar/restaurants close to early for my liking on vacation, but suitable.
Bartender lacks professional training, borderline rude, and not concerned with customer service at all. Leaves many people waiting an extensive amount of time. Everyone complaining to each other. Drinks were great.
I would stay here again. Great hotel.

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend and chose it because it’s only about 1.5 years old. The location was excellent, and check-in was quick and easy.
Positives:
• The property itself feels new and modern.
• Breakfast was wonderful — a typical hotel buffet, but the staff did an excellent job keeping everything stocked and fresh.
Areas of Concern:
• The mattresses in both beds were uncomfortable, with noticeable dips in the middle. This was surprising for such a new hotel.
• Housekeeping was inconsistent. On our first day, the room wasn’t cleaned even though we hadn’t placed a “Do Not Disturb” tag on the door. We requested service, but it wasn’t completed until late in the evening, which was inconvenient since we were in the room preparing to go out.
• The following day, despite requesting housekeeping again at the front desk, the room was not serviced until 4 PM.
• We were told that daily housekeeping is only provided upon request due to changes since COVID (hotel just opened last year). However, this policy was not mentioned at check-in or on the hotel’s website. Clear communication about this would help manage guest expectations.
Overall Impression:
The hotel has a lot of positives — great location, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast experience. However, the mattress quality and lack of clarity around housekeeping policies impacted our stay. With better communication and attention to these details, the guest experience could be much improved.

I really enjoyed my time at the Embassy Suites by Hilton. Here is my honest review. I have not been to Gatlinburg in over 7 years, and they welcomed me back with open arms. For the hotel, you can start your time with an easy check in and a delicious fresh made to order breakfast. Eggs are cooked your way upon request. Furthermore, at 5pm their evening reception begins. You can find light snacks, and drinks. The rooms themselves are very nice and have a nice feel to them. The beds are comfy, and good air control as well. The shower water pressure was amazing too. Outside is what made me enjoy this place the most. They have 2 fireplaces perfect for the cold, and something you do not see on an every-day basis. My biggest concern is the housekeeping however. I think it is a little weird how housekeeping comes at 4:30pm on weekends, and to top it all off, they do not even come today, which is Monday. That is what made me the most mad. Regardless, the manager apologized for the inconvenience and brought up towels as a courtesy, and thankfully the other bed in the room was made that we had not used. As for location, you can find yourself in downtown Gatlinburg in under 10 min, and Pigeon Forge in 25-30 min depending on traffic. I would stay here again, I just wish house keeping could get their act together. Thank you guys again!
