  We stayed at the KB Lodge and it was absolutely amazing. The cabin, although it was more like a masion, was beautifully decorated. It was furnished with absolutely everything you could possible need or want. It was warm and cozy. The views were tremendous. We had 18" of snow and were able to look out across the lights of Gatlinburg in the distance. It was simply breathtaking. You could not pick a better place to stay with a great group of your friends or family. Our group utilized the pool table, air hockey table, hot tub and swimming pool. The kitchen were stocked with every appluance, dish and utensils that needed to prepare a full course meal or intricate appetizers. There wasn't anything we needed that we didn't have at our fingertips. We were able to be all together in one room or just the girls jet off to the top loft where we could share stories and laughter without the men. Again, it had everything you needed. We loved it.

  We got this place just for the swim spa. We got here, swim spa was dirty, turned off, ice cold, and had 2 small covers that dont even cover the whole swim spa. We immediately asked for maintenance which they sent out the next morning. The maintenance tech said the swim spa was just in sleep mode and that he turned it on and it should heat up but that he'd come back in a few hours to check. It didnt heat up and he didn't come back to check. We called maintenance again and she said it wasnt supposed to heat up... like excuse me, what? The hot tub/swim spa doesnt heat up? Then she said she would send another tech and that we would not have to be here for that. Then the tech almost left because we weren't here to give permission for him to go in. When we got back to the cabin, the hot tub was completely off again, ice cold. I called maintenance AGAIN, they said the heating element was out and they wouldnt be able to do anything about it. They also said there would be no refunds for the hot tub not working even though they didnt do their due diligence of checking it prior to guest arrival and it was the ONLY reason we paid as much as we did to book this cabin. TRASH experience, TRASH company. I should have read the reviews before, seems like theyre constantly scamming people in this way.

  We stayed in the Poolin Around cabin. It was pretty clean, toilets could have been better. The game in the livingroom does not work and should be repaired or removed. The pool was too cold to swim in but bearable in the day time. I’ve stayed many times with Cabins USA, had several cabins rented the games didn’t work. Many families rent these cabins for those amenities. Indoor pool was a bucket list although not impressed with cold pools. Overall we had a good time with family but our next trip will be the Wilderness of the Smokies cabins.

  My wife and I are 72 retired on fixed income ! A little weekend to the mountains is not financially easy for us ! Cabins USA in Pigeon Forge ripped us off ! Going in the door my wife slipped on a loose step and cut herself ! The cabin had no bedspreads or blankets on sheets ! Musty smell! Internet or television did not work ! Hot tub was filthy'. Called office told them and they said they could not move us but would send house keeping ! 2 hrs later still NO one came . We left ask for refund they refused! We will be suing this place for my wife's injuries and breach of contract! Warning DO Not stay here !
