  I took my kids to Gatlinburg for spring break we stayed at the “chocolate moose” Friday-Sunday march 13-15th we all enjoyed the scenery all the fun stuff to do however I did not enjoy the cabin at all! There was ladybugs and stink bugs EVERYWHERE. I wasn’t so much worried about the lady bugs I could “tolerate” those but I am scared of a butterfly so to every which way I turned there’s a stink bug was very disgusted I took a shower because I was so disgusted of the bugs being everywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE not a few but all over the place. So as I’m in the shower (was scared to even shower because they were all over the roof in the bathroom) I’m washing up THERE WAS OME BETWEEN MY TOES I LOST IT!!! Terrified my kids due to it only being SO MANY! First night we tried to get in the hot tub it took until Saturday night for it to warm up just a little it was freezing cold! I called the office about the bugs and all they said to me was “those things are annoying but I promise they are harmless” said they were sending someone to spray no one came out. I honestly think if it wasn’t so many bugs in there then it would’ve been a ok stay, it was more comfortable outside and its bugs outside that’s how many bugs were in that cabin! I wasn’t terrified to go to sleep because of the bugs so here I am today up at 6:30 am having to work with NO SLEEP!!

  We stayed at Black Bear Oasis, if cleaned and maintained better it would’ve been perfect! However, there was blood stains on the sheets in one room, I have bed bug bites after this trip. Sad and disappointing.

  Cabins USA is great to work with. We book with them all the time and plan to go back again in a few months. When we have questions, Andrea is quick to help us out, and she always answers our calls. They have a maintenance guy there, Brian, who is really nice and goes the extra mile. We stayed at Waldens Creek Oasis - had a big school group there a month ago and they seem to have added new games every time we come back. There was a basketball court and huge heated swimming pool before, and now they have added pickleball and a soccer billiard game outside and ping pong and fussball games in the outside game house. The setting is quiet, the location is close to town, the rooms are clean and recently remodeled.

  The Oasis is an amazing property with Cabins USA! There are 8 big bedrooms, a huge game room, lots of sitting areas inside and out. You can see the mountains from the hot tub and outdoor pool. It's out in a private valley, and the woods area behind the cabin has picnic tables, a fish pond and a big campfire area. Lots of outdoor games like pickleball, gaga pit, basketball, Frisbee golf. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a screened in back patio. The staff at cabins usa is amazing too. Andrea took my call right away and was so friendly. She went above and beyond and is the reason I will book with Cabins usa again. I have never had such responsive service.

  We stayed at the KB Lodge and it was absolutely amazing. The cabin, although it was more like a masion, was beautifully decorated. It was furnished with absolutely everything you could possible need or want. It was warm and cozy. The views were tremendous. We had 18" of snow and were able to look out across the lights of Gatlinburg in the distance. It was simply breathtaking. You could not pick a better place to stay with a great group of your friends or family. Our group utilized the pool table, air hockey table, hot tub and swimming pool. The kitchen were stocked with every appluance, dish and utensils that needed to prepare a full course meal or intricate appetizers. There wasn't anything we needed that we didn't have at our fingertips. We were able to be all together in one room or just the girls jet off to the top loft where we could share stories and laughter without the men. Again, it had everything you needed. We loved it.
