Might be one of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed at. Ceilings are paper thin. You can hear/feel every step above you. Footsteps literally rattle your hotel
Room. Paper thin walls. Hope you don’t plan on having a private conversation. No towels. Waited at the front desk for 15 minutes for someone to show up to get some towels. $300/night is absolute robbery.

The person working the front desk in the evening is a con. I booked reservations on Priceline a few months ago for a 2 bedroom (2 queens and 1 king), when we arrived the guy at the front desk said his system showed a 1 bedroom. He would never allow me to see his computer screen to prove it. I showed him my confirmation that showed I had reserved the 2 bedroom. He argued and argued with me and would not honor what my Priceline reservations show. It wasn’t until I got very upset that he called the manager who informed him that he needs to honor it. Now fast forward to today, I made reservations again for this upcoming weekend and reserved the 2 bedroom (2 queens and 1 king) through Priceline. I called to confirm the there wasn’t going to any issues like the last time and sure enough the same guy at the front desk answered. Again he says the same thing and that pretty much he didn’t care what my reservations said. His system shows 1 bedroom. Again I informed NO I reserved the 2 bedroom and my Priceline reservation confirmation shows that. I then asked that the manager call me. This guy is an absolute crook and is a disgrace. I then call the next day and spoke to a lady and informed her of the situation and she said no problem, she would handle it and correct it in the system. Now today I called just to confirm before making the trip tomorrow and they inform me that they canceled my reservation but yet I was never contacted about it. In all my travels I have never dealt with such mess. By far the worst experience I have ever dealt with and everyone at this location should be ashamed and should never work in customer service

I don't have high expectations for any hotel and it's rare that a hotel fails to meet those low expectations. When we got to our room we found out it did not have a king bed as we had booked. We went back to the front desk and they told us they didn't have any king beds available. It would have been nice for them to have mentioned that when we checked in. It's also interesting that we checked in just one hour after check-ins started, so it's surprising that they didn't have the correct room available. The front desk said there was nothing they could do other than move us the next day. They didn't seem at all concerned about the situation.
The next morning we found that we had no hair dryer. I called the desk and asked for one and mentioned that we were in a hurry since we had a meeting to attend that morning. About 30min later it hadn't arrived so I went to the front desk and they told me "oh housekeeping just got here we'll send it right up". After another 15 minutes I checked in at the front desk again and the woman had attitude with me, explaining that somebody had to go all the way to the basement to get one and I had to be patient.
She seemed annoyed that I was annoyed that we had been waiting on a hair dryer for 45min. Of course if it had already been in the room when we got there it wouldn't have been a problem.

We stayed at Staybridge Suites in Franklin during the recent ice storm after losing power at home, and the experience was exceptional. As our first ice storm in the South, it was overwhelming but the team here made us feel safe and genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived.
The front desk and service staff were outstanding. Antonio (Anthony,) from the maintenance team in particular, went above and beyond. When our heater wasn’t working properly, he personally checked on us multiple times. Once he realized there was an issue, he immediately arranged for us to move rooms and even came down to get us when the new room was ready. His professionalism, kindness, and follow-through truly stood out.
The hotel also hosted daily gatherings with complimentary snacks and drinks, which created such a warm sense of community during a stressful time for so many guests.
We stayed three nights and could not have asked for better service. We would absolutely stay here again.

This ia a delayed review but life happens as it does so here I am a couple weeks after my stay. No matter, I will never forget that my family and I were in the best possible place during the biggest ice storm in 20 years! We were 4 adults, a 12 year old and a medium size dog and just as comfortable as could be. The staff were warm, friendly, helpful, during a time of tremendous stress at a hotel at full capacity (unexpectedly). The sidewalks around the hotel were always clear and salted, if you needed anything staff would promptly assist but I really can't say enough about how kind they were. They extended the time of breakfast to make sure to help feed everyone, the breakfasts were always so well maintained, clean, variety of food. They opened up a social bar an extra day to give people the opportunity to decompress. Honestly even all the guests I met in the five days we were there were really nice. It was a hard time, but Staybridge Suites and there lovely staff helped make it better. To top it all off the pricing was unbelievably fair! Thank you, Staybridge!
