- SIS IDec 6, 20255.0My family stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during the week of Thanksgiving. Overall, our stay was outstanding and we would stay at this hotel again. Every staff member we spoke with was friendly and communicative. What stood out the most is the room, hallways, dining area, pool area, elevators, etc... were all VERY clean. Complimentary hot cocoa and tea were offered at the front desk each evening. The location was so convenient to restaurants and shopping. Downtown Franklin was not far. The hotel was generally quiet. At night we heard little outside or road noise. There were a couple small issues during our stay. On our first night, a family with children checked into the room above us around midnight. At that time and throughout the next morning, it sounded like there was a children's gymnastics camp going on above us. The late morning we spoke with a gentleman working the front desk. He quickly offered to move us to a room across the hallway. Everything was quiet after the move. However, around 7 PM that evening, my husband and I were in our room watching TV. All of a sudden a boy and his parents burst into our room. Apparently, the gentleman who switched our room did not correctly make the change in the computer system. The person working check-in that evening assigned our room to that family. The family quickly left and apparently were assigned a new room. We thought all was resolved but later in the evening a family member returned and was locked out of our room. All of our room keys had been deactivated when the other family was given the room. So, we did end up having to get that straightened out. Although it was just an oversight, it did give us some concern. What if we were not in the room at the time someone was given that access like that to our room and our belongings?

Cameron, the Director of Sales, and Carlo at the front desk were just the absolute best! Cameron knew it was my husbands birthday and took the time to ensure when we arrived there were gifts waiting for him in our room and it was just the sweetest touch to what has already been such a fabulous day. In the future, I will stay at Staybridge every time and tell everyone I know about Cameron and her top tier customer service! If there were options higher than 5 stars, Cameron, Carlo and Staybridge would deserve them all!

I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location it was easy access to the interstate and to a lot of restaurants and shops! Will definitely rebook if in the Franklin area.
