Cameron, the Director of Sales, and Carlo at the front desk were just the absolute best! Cameron knew it was my husbands birthday and took the time to ensure when we arrived there were gifts waiting for him in our room and it was just the sweetest touch to what has already been such a fabulous day. In the future, I will stay at Staybridge every time and tell everyone I know about Cameron and her top tier customer service! If there were options higher than 5 stars, Cameron, Carlo and Staybridge would deserve them all!

I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location it was easy access to the interstate and to a lot of restaurants and shops! Will definitely rebook if in the Franklin area.

Staybridge did the bare minimum in notifying our third-party booking partner of the cancelation but did nothing to help us. The desk staff was rude and did not offer to help us find alternative lodging. We eventually found another hotel after calling as many places as possible some 20 minutes away. This was a miserable experience and we will never give Staybridge our business again.
