Stayed at this location for 2 nights. The hotel itself is nice. They have a lobby lounge with games and pool tables. The staff was very friendly. The rooms look just like the pictures layout-wise and are great for multi-night stays or work, especially with the desk space, but cleanliness wasn’t up to par in my opinion. Bed/bedding looked good but I always bring my own disinfecting wipes and do the basics in the room - some surfaces/areas are definitely not cleaned regularly. The walls and the shower floor were the worst. A magic eraser would go a long way. Overall a decent stay and pretty good value for the money, just needs some deeper cleaning.

First off, like everyone else says, Ina is good, and so is Ashleigh. Kudos to them. HOWEVER, be aware that there's NO BREAKFAST at this hotel. Had I realized that, we might have stayed elsewhere. Everyone here seems to have amnesia about it, but this *was* a Wingate before (we stayed when it was) and * they* had breakfast. Disappointing that IHG would do this. I've got two kids, and a hotel breakfast makes it that much easier than packing them up to go somewhere. Oh, and see the photo? Pretty sure antennae shouldn't be sticking out of a (apparently never cleaned) wall outlet. Looks pretty much like a cockroach to me. Then another cockroach crawled along the recliner. Oh, and we discovered some sort of grease or who knows on the footrest of it. (See photos) Moved to a new room, and the floor was sticky in the kitchen area. Today I noticed greasy residue on the cupboards over the sink/cooking surface. Cleaning is truly sub-par, when you look closely. Beyond that (and out of their control of course) is road noise. Seems to be about six times a day there's police/fire sirens screaming by. You start really noticing it after a day here. Even though they comped me one night for the cockroach situation, I doubt we'll return here next time we're in the area. Too bad, because it was a good place when it was a Wyndham/Wingate years back. (Which *no one* here seems to know/remember, but we have photos and an old reservation email from when it was.) You might want to carefully consider a stay here before you commit to it.

I stayed for one night to break up a drive. It's in a PERFECT location for a stop, less than a quarter mile off of I-65. And there's gas, Starbucks, and multiple restaurants nearby. The rooms are very clean, and this was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel. I was especially impressed with Jackie, who got me checked in and made my dog and I feel super welcome after a long day on the road. I'll definitely stay again if I need a Nashville-area stop!

The front desk associates are fantastic! They have such a kind a warm team. Ina was a delight during my checkout. She had her hands full and was still able to get me checkout quickly while also wishing my loved one in the hospital well wishes. Jackie gave solid advice in a good restaurant last night. Great team here!

My recent 3-night stay at the Candlewood Suites Nashville - Franklin was fantastic, largely thanks to the incredible staff. My great experience started before I even arrived; when I called to check on early availability, Ina was beyond amazing. Her willingness to help and her vibrant personality shined through the phone. When we arrived, she greeted us with that same warm smile and energy. She really set the tone for the whole trip. The room itself was perfectly cleaned and spacious. Having the full kitchen was a game-changer, allowing us to make our own breakfast every morning. I also loved the fresh ground bean coffee machine in the lobby—such a nice added plus! I also want to highlight a wonderful member of the housekeeping staff. I unfortunately didn't catch the pronunciation of her name (it started with the letter N), but we saw her on our floor every day. She always had a smile on her face, greeted us warmly, and proactively checked if we needed anything. Between the clean facilities and the top-tier service from Ina and the housekeeping team, I highly recommend this hotel.
