  This is such a great place to stay. The location is being right beside the interstate but also close to downtown. The service is phenomenal! I was helped by Ina and she is such a great help and joy. She's very knowledgeable and professional. She made the entire check in process easy. The room was nice and clean and comfy. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants making getting food easy. The internet is fast enabling me to get some much needed work completed. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to all travelers.

  The hotel was wonderful! We had a great stay. The front desk concierge, Ina, was extremely nice and helpful. She really brightened my day when she checked me out! :)

  I have to say that my experience was 10/10 simply because of Jackie at the front desk. When I say this woman is amazing, she truly is amazing! When we checked in and got settled into our room, my daughter noticed that her bedsheets and pillows were dirty with what appeared to be makeup. It was as if the sheets were not changed. I would say this was a housekeeping issue rather than an overall hotel issue. I called the front desk and with no hesitation and with urgency, Jackie offered to switch our room. She allowed me to take a look at a couple of rooms to ensure that were satisfied and comfortable. The fact that she took the time to do this (it was the end of her shift btw) was truly awesome and my family and I were extremely grateful. She provided exceptional service and I would absolutely come back to Candlewood. The rest of the staff were also great and provided great service. 10/10.

  The front desk staff provided a room after an emergency hospitalization required us to stay in the area. They were amazing from the first phone call and all the way through the check out. Staff was comforting and understanding to us as complete strangers. They truly showed kindness in a difficult situation. They should provide training to many other IHG hotels about what it means to be customer first and going the extra mile. Hotel is clean and quiet, great location. Amenities were all clean and working, with no wait.

  Dishwasher and garbage disposal did not function (verified there were no hidden switches and did basic troubleshooting myself). If you need to get out of the hotel and go left it is a huge pain in the butt because it is a divided roadway and you have to go turnaround, not too horrible.
