They were gracious managing a lot of challenging customers. Our room was basic but met all our needs. The shower was nicely updated, had security bars and had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was one of the nicest I have seen in years and we travel a lot. We were able to leave early because our power was restored and the staff was so kind; they volunteered to refund our second night. You learn a lot about people during a crisis and this property and their staff gave me great service and hospitality.

Without even a greeting, front desk person gave me information to check in for a different hotel location 30+ min in the opposite direction i am traveling after making me download and check in on the BW app and quoting a higher price than the app. No apology or options presented after sending me more than an hour off my route to another hotel at midnight. I am a Best Western rewards member.
