- ECemma cadeau3 days ago5.0It was a great place to stop and rest for the night and relax in their heated pool. Bisho was really nice in helping fix the mistake with our room and getting us the right one. Clean rooms and a kitchen with supplies to cook.

He has the best attitude and really goes above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoys their stay and just has an overall good day. We spoke with him a few times before and during our stay and every time I was grateful for his help, especially during a chaotic volleyball tournament weekend. If I was local to Franklin I would have tried to steal him for my own business!

Jackie at check-in was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The 2 star rating is 100% wrong!! Luckily we ignored it and instead relied on the great reviews, which also reflect that the 2 star rating is wrong. It's an injustice that should be corrected.
